**CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW** I wish I could give 0 stars for the disorganization of this location today. I’ve been a repeat customer for years, and was excited to order on NYE for friends who have not yet had Memphis BBQ. To my dismay, calling HOURS before closing was useless because this location was too overwhelmed with orders and said they were no longer taking orders. Why say you are still open if you aren’t taking any more orders? That’s what was the most annoying part. The lack of preparation for the business that New Year’s Eve brings every year. Very disappointed. THANKFULLY the Oakville location was much more organized and gladly took my order.

After my kid’s swim meet, we stopped by Memphis BBQ & Wicked Wings in Milton for a meal. The service was attentive, with the staff making sure we were well looked after. The food was solid, living up to its BBQ and wings reputation. We tried a range of items, and each was well-prepared and flavourful . However, the dine in felt like fast food atmosphere.

Came here with my partner and I today. Ambiance is nice but probably would never come back again. The brisket was really dry. Portions were small. They forgot to put the beans and two nesteas we ordered.

We had our lunch here yesterday. Service was very good and friendly. We ordered the big bones combo. The lady at the front counter recommended bubba sauce, medium spicy. Glad we followed her recommendations. The ribs was smokey, meaty and not fatty. The Wings were crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Very tasty flavor, not too spicy and not too sour. Plenty of fries and we really like the fries. It was crispy and flavourful. The side orders we received baked beans, coleslaw and a slice of corn bread. These were just okay, not too crazy about them. Overall we really enjoy our lunch here, definitely will come back

I've been a fan of Memphis Chicken & BBQ for a while now, having enjoyed their delicious offerings in the past. However, my recent visit left me feeling a bit disappointed. There was something noticeably different about the food, though still tasty, it didn't quite live up to my previous experiences. The flavors were there, and the food was undeniably delicious, but there was a certain element missing that I couldn't quite put my finger on. Perhaps it was a change in recipe or preparation method. Regardless, it didn't quite match the exceptional quality I had come to expect. Despite this, I must commend the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. The service was prompt and courteous as always, adding to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, while my recent visit didn't fully meet my expectations, Memphis Chicken & BBQ still offers tasty food and a welcoming environment. I hope to see a return to the outstanding flavors that initially drew me to this establishment.

Wow the pulled pork sandwich was amazing. Toasted bun and a lot of pulled pork! Fries, coleslaw and bean were all good! Definitely coming back to try the other things on their menu like the ribs and wings. Came back for their Monday Mania! Great deal for $30!! Huge portions, tasty ribs, wings and sides. Honestly order two portions thinking it would be enough for 3 people but we had so much left over. So worth it!

Drove over half an hour, and what did I get? I got the meat sweats. It was great! We got party pack #4 and a full beef brisket. The coleslaw, beans, and cornbread were okay. A crazy amount of coated french fries. It was the succulent wings and ribs that gave me the meat sweats. Pulled pork was juicy and tender. The only downside of our meal was the beef brisket, just didn't taste right and was dry. Hostess/waitress was efficient and friendly. Come back, yes!!!
