Meltwich Food Co

I walked into Meltwich unsure of what I wanted to eat, and Trupti made the experience amazing. She patiently guided me through the menu, shared all the popular suggestions, and even helped me decide on sides. She was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout. The food was absolutely delicious, and her exceptional customer service is the reason I’ll be coming back. Meltwich, you’ve got a gem on your team!

The establishment itself is nice, the atmosphere and service is excellent. But the food unfortunately, I personally don't think it's worth it. Just another chain that makes mediocre food like McDonald's or something. The sandwich was dry, poutine gravy extremely salty and just the value overall just wasn't worth it.

Trupti was a STAR! I cannot believe the stellar service that I received. She is kind, patient, and caring. I would come back just for her! The food was amazing, far better than what I expected. It tasted really fresh. AND they have gluten free bread that doesn’t fall apart, us gluten free girlies know how hard that is to find. Thank you again Trupti, for your kindness and hospitality. I’m so thankful to have you in my community :)

The staff are friendly and helpful. The fries, poutine and Philly Cheese Steak are absolutely delicious. The burgers are okay. The milkshakes are pretty good (the chocolate one was blah, but the Caramel Crunch was awesome). Worth a trip.

This might sound absurd but this is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. All the music brings me back to my childhood and teenage years -- stellar 2000's rap and 2010's hits. Otherwise the food is fantastic, there's beer always available and on tap, and whatever the major game is, they'll be playing it. Harsh provides fantastic service and is incredibly welcoming and friendly. This is the spot to go if you want a beer and hockey with a great and reasonably priced meal.

I really liked this place, I used to go here from time to time, the food was delicious, the drinks too. But yesterday I ordered 4 burgers, 3 poutine and drinks, unfortunately I was disappointed, firstly, we got the wrong burgers as ordered, the meat was burnt and not tasty ,secondly, the poutine was simply terrible, when we opened it, we found it was not clear what ( added in the photo) (it looks like a burnt pan that was not washed before cooking). Unfortunately, I can't give more stars, although I used to like it.

Looks like a new establishment as the plaza is pretty new. The facilities are nice and clean. I got a Philly cheesesteak, usually expect it to be on a long bun but it taste fine otherwise, not the best not the worst. The mini poutine was good, nice portion for a side. Rounded to $20 for a sandwich poutine and a bottle of pop. The staff is super friendly and nice.
