Absolutely amazing experience! The meals were delicious, my friends and I enjoyed the Grilly Steak, Big Melt, Southern Fried Chicken Melt, and Nashville Hot Chicken. Every item was a hit! I’ve come here several times and recommended the restaurant to friends. Prices are great, and I’m happy that everything is halal. Overall, beyond satisfied with our time here, and we’ll be back!

Finally got a chance to stop in here to grab lunch. The cashier (who also prepared the food).was lovely and graciously answered my questions. I settled on the Southern Fried Chicken Melt, and waited the expected amount of time for someone managing everything on her own. The sandwich was fresh, delicious and gooey, even by the time I made it home some mins later. There was the right amount of cheese on the southern fried crispy chicken. It was topped with chipotle and a garlic dill sauce, along with tomato corn salsa, pickles, and shredded lettuce. The bread was not too thick and toasted to perfection.

Best restaurant around this area, you can request no butter or brown bread etc. options and super friendly besides delicious, I highly recommend it

I visited this location after frequently going to another one specifically for the Monday Combo promo. As a vegetarian, I asked for an Impossible Burger substitute. The cashier bluntly said they don't do that and suggested I try another location. This was frustrating, especially since they have a promo posted on their door stating vegan options are available. After I pointed this out, the cashier went to check the door and simply said, "Oh, thanks for letting me know," without making any effort to rectify the situation. It was pouring rain that day, and apparently, he thought I braved the weather just to help them discover their own false advertising. Ultimately, I settled for a grilled cheese sandwich, which was dry and had significantly less cheese compared to what I usually get at the other location. Overall, this visit was a waste of time. I won't be coming back to this location.

Orders a southern classic melt which and a bacon ranch poutine. Poutine was great ! Sandwich is good! Service was phenomenal ! Do something different by connecting with the customers. Very friendly and interactive.

I was expecting more for the price. I ordered the grilled cheese with chicken, beef strips and BBQ sauce. I did not receive any BBQ sauce and thought the grilled cheese should have way more cheese than it did. You could not even see the cheese on the sandwich unless you inspected it closely, which I did. Due to the price, I expected I would receive fries as well. The sandwich was also less flavourful than I thought it would be. I had read a lot of reviews prior to ordering as it was my first time having Meltwich and most reviews for sandwiches were positive but I do wish my first experience with Meltwich had been better.
