I’ve been here three times, and this time I ordered Taro Ball No. 1. Unfortunately, the ice was especially hard and in large chunks, not smooth at all, as shown in the picture. The previous two times, they included creamer for free, but this time they said it costs extra. Really disappointing.

This is a dessert place for Taiwanese style dessert and drinks. They offer many different type of hot & cold boba, grass jelly, tofu pudding desserts. Other than that they also have shaved ice. The dish size is good, not too little or not too large but if you have 3ppl, you can order two dessert to share with.

Complete scam. Turns out the “milk shaved ice” has nothing to do with milk or shaved ice. We confronted the staff, and was told the “milk” in the name only means condensed milk that is added. The ice itself is just plain crushed ice, not even the fine shaved ice. They told us unapologetically that they “do not serve any flavoured ice”. Feels intentionally misleading.

Fantastic dessert place. It is crowded during weekends. Refreshing menu and does not eat your wallet. Tried out shaved ice couple of time with mango, yummy. Back home it is a street food with colour flavoured syrup.

Came here on a cool summer night and looked at the menu hoping for some hot almond soup - disappointed that it’s seasonal and all almond related items were all seasonal 😢 Had an ice tower and it was huge! Tables were spacious - note that you are “self served”.

only had the boba it was $9.50 something after tax which is a bit pricy. inflation..didn't have the chance to try the shaved ice it looks really good will try next time

They have a wide selection of drinks and desserts. Most of what we ordered was made well, except the drinks which were very sweet. The milk tea series bowl looked different from the pictures but tasted great with many toppings inside. There’s many tables inside so it’s a great hang out spot.

I have been coming here since day 1 of their opening and still love it all the same after all these years. My go to is the shaved ice desserts - can never go wrong. I’m happy the large shaved ice now comes in regular size as an option as well.
