Went in for a quick beer so I could use the wifi and left about 4 hours later. Great friendly crowd, food was really a cut above the usual pub fare and I was a little bit in love with Bailey. Recommended.

absolutely love tyson — he is such a great server. the sticky toffee pudding is absolutely insane, highly recommended for anyone. this is my favourite after work spot to have a few drinks and some incredible food

I ordered the tomato sauce pasta. It was the worse pasta I’ve ever had. Barely added any sauce to the tasteless pasta, even when I ordered for extra (and they charged me for extra sauce) Absolutely flavourless. The chicken tenders became soggy in the container they delivered them in, and they were not well done, barely cooked. The sausage roll was okay. This was my second time ordering food from here and honestly I feel robbed. Never again. Hope you all have a better experience than I had.

My first choice always. Night or day time. Bailey never fails to make me laugh and make feel important and tyson never fails to take care of everyone. The food is just the cherry on top of a great place

I had the extraordinary experience of meeting Bailey for the first time today. She treated my friend and I like we were celebrities. I have never in my life felt so valued in my life. The service was excellent. If anyone is looking for an experience that goes over and above anything else you will receive in the country pls come to McRielly's in downtown Barrie. This waitress takes service to another level. I manage a business in Barrie and after 10 years of doing this I am yet to have found anyone that comes remotely close to representing my business the way Bailey represents the organization she represents. Good for you Bailey and I look forward to seeing you soon!

I used to go here quite frequently when I lived in barrie 6 years ago. I came back last night and had an amazing experience just like before. Amazing staff, amazing food. The fish and chips were the best I’ve had in years.

Exceptional meal, service and atmosphere for my birthday dinner with family. The roasted beet salad was a treasure trove of surprisingly complimentary contrasts from the candied nuts to the pickled red onions and cheese in the house balsamic dressing that harmonized textures and flavours in perfect balance. Vegetarian options pleased my wife. The cost of the meal was very reasonable and I think the same meal would cost 2 or 3 times more in Toronto. We’ll be back soon!

I had their best selling roast beef sandwich dinner here. It was nice and juicy. The sandwich comes with french fries. The fries is a bit too salty for me. The waiter was friendly and helpful. I went in the summer so can sit outside in the patio and enjoy the vibe of Barrie's downtown. The price is reasonable for a nice restaurant in downtown area. I spent $30 for the sandwich and a glass of ginger ale after tax.
