The worst McChicken I have EVER HAD. It was dry, and sooooo not worth the $7 I paid. Absolutely disgusting. What happened to McDonald’s??? Why is their food so crappy now. It used to be amazing and now my dogs food looks better. I’ll stick to A&W. And why is their staff so rude. Like come on!!!!!!

The whole purpose of a drive thru is to drive thru the process. I have gotten told 3 times this week to pull to the front and wait. On a time crunch and this process isn't helping when I'm waiting in the parking for another 10 minutes. This is unacceptable that to meet your number or time per customer is causing your customers delays on a regular

The young man at the Till is Top shelf. You'll know you have this guy cause he knows your order before you ask...lol. pretty fast and accurate for the most part. Food prep sometimes ruins it cutting corners, like microwave instead of toast. Over all...7/10

I’m actually so annoyed. I ordered 20 nuggest and asked for the order to be made well done because stale nuggets when you get that many suck. Not only are they not made to order but they are room temp. The fries are close to cold and the junior chicken tastes horrible. Like I’m sorry but do you have any value in making anything right. Went through drive thru and was asked to park and wait, no recipe given. Waited 10 minutes, multiple cars park and go before I had to ask where my food was. They brought me the wrong type of meat in my wrap(no big deal) and they threw in a free apple pie(enjoy by date had passed). Would not recommend this location

Every day I go to this McDonald's. I'm gonna have to change where I go for my morning coffee. The girl at the drive threw doesn't even get off for care to accept your money, doesn't even fully extend her arm to get your money and you are left reaching out of a car window to try to hand her. Your money get off your rear end and service.The customer For this particular person, it's almost as though the customer is a burden to her day and she does not want to be there.She should go find another job

Start hiring workers who understand the English language. Everytine I come there my order is always wrong. They are quick by taking your money but handng over food that I order is to difficult for them. I order a bagel toasted with cheese and butter and I get a bagel with butter and cream cheese every time. I have to go back inside and give them the recipe on how to make a toasted bagel with cheddar cheese and butter. Start training your employees.

I have been visiting this location for more than 20 years. Child friendly, comfortable and welcoming! They renovated this location recently, very cold feeling, so unwelcoming for guests. I would sit down and have a meal with my children and husband, I would refill my drink at the pop machine, since I love my pop when I’m eating my fast food and they got rid of that, they give you napkins counted now, horrible set up, seating area feels so cold and commercialized now. I asked if with a purchase of a drink can I get a refill and the staff said NO more free refills!! Like really, spending so much money on this “fast food” (prices are JUST ridiculous now) and you don’t give refills!!! Well, I will tell you they have definitely lost my business for GOOD! Wendy across the street (that was recently renovated) pop machine, prices are much better, don’t charge me EXTRA for a packet of mayonnaise and staff is much friendlier! More & more people are steering away for the fast food places, for more reasons then this, eventually it will catch with with these businesses!!
