We ordered a Quarter Pounder, but the meat was extremely bad-smelling and tasteless. The staff’s behavior was very rude and irresponsible. When we complained that the food was inedible, they showed no reaction, acted as if it didn’t matter to them at all, and completely ignored us.

I ordered numerous times from this location and every single time they mess up the order. This last time was it for me as they actually forgot the breakfast sandwiches. I tried calling but the phone never gets answered. Clearly the day staff they have working there do not care at all about doing their job and the supervision is the same. Go to a different restaurant like A&W down the street as they actually dont mess up orders

Who doesn't love a 24 hour operated McDonald's? Being along Hwy 7, this location is a winner as it is also not hard to stop by. Their drive-thru is my preferred method of ordering but I recall their dine-in area is okay as well. I haven't been inside since the last time I've seen them renovate though, so hopefully they've been much improved. I love the ample amount of parking space they have, which is also helpful for when the drive-thru line runs long. Generally service is quite fast but I've had to wait quite some time on 1-2 occasions but they just asked me to wait at the curbside delivery where they bring you the food and it was HOT. The temperature of the food on average is also good given they're quite busy so things are typically fresh. Portions are pretty consistent and good, and I've never felt like my food was slammed or falling apart which is a bonus. The staff generally are also quite good with their "thank yous" and responsive when you tell them to have a good night which is nice.

Was served lukewarm food that had been sitting. Returned it and asked for a freshly made batch. Two minutes later got another order of exactly the same old stale food. Workers have a disdain for customers that dare question the quality of their work and pushback on returns like the food comes directly out of their pay. Entitled and arrogant staff at a fast food joint is not a recipe for success.

This is so bad that I can’t stop laughing. First, they took off all my monopoly stickers. Like who does that? Secondly the lady in the drive through handed me my drink and the entire cup was sticky with some red residue. I didn’t drive off and waited for the lady to come back to the window so she can give me a new cup. Nope she was gone and to never be seen again. This is like third world country type of behaviour. I had to laugh and never come back.

Terrible experience. Managers were extremely rude. Called my sisters boyfriend a liar when he said something was missing. Honestly, this McDonald’s always gives issues. Just go to another if you can. The managers don’t care and treat you like garbage. Even when you’re nice to them.

This McDonald’s restaurant has one of the biggest kids indoor playgrounds I’ve come across. You can tell this spot has been opened for a long time and is a local hub. The restaurant had quick service for our order, and the playground was open till almost 9pm before cleaning staff came to mop the dining tables within the playground.
