To much crowd but still their service is great

I had Angus Burger last Friday, and I gotta say for the first time in my life, I actually ENJOYED my meal, way a go McDonald's, you ACTUALLY got it right

I did not expect anything but my glucose and bp to raise after eating.. kidding aside I feel like the portions are smaller.. I don’t indulge in junk food but crave it once in a while.. The young man who took my prderwas nice and smiled the whole time but when my order came there’s no vinegar packets to go well in fact the Mgr told me they no longer carry vinegar packets. The cashier said they do .. Idk who to believe. Their self service will not scan my code but it’s all good. I wish I did not have to line up to order. The order came very fast.

I had a nice breakfast at this location. It's busy always as it's located inside Scarborough Town Centre in the food court area but customer service are serving customers quickly as much as they can.

Took 12 minutes to receive my food after ordering. Which I had to point out to the staff. If I didn't, I'd probably be still waiting. People with bigger orders that ordered after me were getting served first. My drink was warm and I never received any apologies for the wait.

Went recently at night; either have short staff or do not pay attention on orders. Gave me different size coffee than what I order. Plus has always issues with French fries either no salt or looks dry. Maybe they don't care customer service any more. Best location though.

I see all these "I got my order super fast!" reviews and wonder if I'm visiting the same McDonald's. This McDonald's may just be the worst in Scarborough. Wait times here are ridiculous! Whether it's peak times or not very busy, be prepared to wait at least 25 minutes for your food. If you're lucky, you'll get your food after a very very long and frustrating wait. If you're not lucky, like I've been many times, you'll have already left the mall by the time you realize your order is completely wrong. CHECK EVERYTHING before you leave here because they love to give you less than what you paid for. The staff try their best to be efficient in getting out the orders, but the time it takes to make something as simple as a coffee, bagel, etc is just not worth it. They also have self serve kiosks, but most of the time only 1 or 2 are working. Overall, it's a convenient location and the staff is polite, but service is seriously horrible. :(

The staff here are very nice and are usually good at handling rush times. The quality of the food improved after the food court renovation. They also haven't messed up my order since the renovation which I'd say is impressive since I come here a lot. The biggest downside would be the fact that it's always busy so sometimes you wait a long time for your food.
