I went through the drive through, and they allow vagrants, to stand right beside the window panhandling. Along with smoking, various things. Well, you've got your window open. Trying to receive your food. I asked the employee if they're going to do something about it. She said there's nothing they can do I said she would get the manager but that never came. Won't be going there ever again

My daughter ordered online 2 big macs , 1 rootbeer and 1 coke and of course paid it as well online, there’s a free snack size mc flurry, as usual we’re always picking up our online order thru drive thrujustgiving the online ordercode, first the one whose getting order couldn’t find the code i had given and advise me to go to the first window (payment window) i gave the online code and the person there found the order as well as the name who ordered it and adv me to go to pick up window(2nd window) the lady gave me the mcflurry and i was still waiting for the actual orders, big macs and drinks. The 2 customer service reps asked me what else, i told them ( an indian lady and a white one) i had orders 2 big macs and 2 drinks, they said there is no other orders and asked me to move now as i was blocking the next customers, i told them what about my orders; the indian lady said there are no other orders, even i gave her again the code and my daughter who ordered it online also on the speaker phone, i asked them can you talk to the person on the first window as she found our orders but the indian lady said can you just move or come inside as you’re blocking the next customer and she said next time orderedit yourself. I was so mad with the rudeness of that rep, where is her customer service training? very rude and no manners at all, i forgot to ask her name but she should be reprimanded or remove from her post as she doesn’t have the customer service attitude, she forgot that she is representing McDonald company. For a manager of this store, i hope you can talk to that person on the pick up window (Indian lady) the scenario happened around 8 pm today. We ended up cancelling allthe orders and i just went to A&W, where there are better people with good customer service attitude. This is already the 2nd time happened to us that couldn’t find the online order, but the first one found as well when we went to the first window and it was OK. But tonight i can.t forget the bad attitudes and rudeness of those 2 mcdonald reps especially the Indian lady she was so rude, she should not be in that position, she should be transferred to a washroom cleaner.

I really believe there is something wrong with the way we are raising our children nowadays. After picking up my daughter from daycare, we decided to go to McDonald’s. Personally, I don’t like this location, and it’s not because of the food, or the service but because it’s full of teenagers who many of them don’t seem to know how to behave. As my daughter and I sat down to eat and share two Happy Meals, we were gradually surrounded by a wave of unruly teenagers. Some were vaping, others were twerking, and the rest were roughhousing. I was uncomfortable—not only because of their lack of respect for the other customers, but what really caught my attention was a young couple coming out of the washroom. The girl openly shared, without any shame, what they had just done in there. What shocked me even more was that none of the others seemed surprised by it. Where are we headed as a society? Eventually, that group left, only for another one to come in. They couldn’t even clean up after themselves. Here’s the picture.

We ordered 3 firecracker & they were made like they just dumped all the items on the burger and gave it in a box. So you open the box and make your own burger and eat. Customer service is zero they don't bother to listen when you ask for assistance with something. They just ignore you or push the work on other employees. The staff doesn't even wear gloves while making the burger. Like why are you even open if you cannot do the basics of being called McDonald's. Bad location.

This was the worst McDonald's experience in my life. First of all, I saw employees here grabbing the fried chicken and making burritos with hands directly after checking out, which is really unhygienic. Secondly, I ordered flurry without fudge, however, I got the flurry with fudge, I decided to change it and after waiting in line for five minutes I told the staff that the meal was wrong, she just took my ice cream to other staff and scraped off the fudge on the top of my ice cream, it had already melted and there was still a lot of fudge at the bottom of the cup after they returned it to me. I thought that under normal circumstances, McDonald's will make a new order for the consumers due to employee’s mistake, but it is indeed the consumer's responsibility obviously. All in all, I don't think I will come back to this McDonald's again and I hope they can improve.

I put one star because there is no zero start. Using the drive through and when I arrived the window to get my order she told me we are sorry the fries have finished, please wait three minutes in the parking No. 1 and we will bring your order, after waiting another 15 minutes I walked to the same window and I asked her about my order, she said ohhh sorrry no one brought it to you yet sorry one minutes and we will bring it for you in parking no 1. I waited another 15 minutes and no one bring my order, after the third time talked to her then I received the order. Not even this, it was wrong order, instead of 2 plain cheese burgers they brought it not plain. 45 minutes to got my order, this was on Friday second of August 2024 after 11 pm, this details for who is in charge of this place if he reviews this comment.

The Manager Christina is super friendly! Very clean well kept location. Staff very friendly!
