Very clean, no bad smells, the self serve kiosk malfunctioned, and ordered the wrong thing. Everything else was pleasant, including the manager Susan who offered to refill our ketchup. Very cozy atmosphere, 10/10 would recommend returning to this McDonalds.

Very nice, It just got opened a few days ago. Food was extremely good than what we thought. Service was good, although the in-service board was blank for a minute. The decorations here were really indeed great! I went in the Christmas season, and there were a tree and some lights. The restaurant looks small in the outside, but it's larger than you see outside. There were lots of vacant spots when we visited. I would recommend this place when you're passing by and either did not have any lunch or either just want a small snack to enjoy.

All around not a great experience. They got my order wrong and argued with me when I brought it back to them. Their ketchup machine was empty and they didn't fill it back up. When I asked for more ketchup, they refused to give me more than 5 packets for my whole order. The food was very mid. At least the fries were somewhat warm. The only plus is the proximity to the neighborhood.

This newly opened McDonald's on Bathurst Street is a welcome addition to the area. The restaurant is clean, features a sleek and modern design, and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The food was well-prepared, the staff were friendly, and the service was impressively quick. Overall, our visit was a fantastic experience, and it's great to see this location filling a gap in the neighborhood.

I had a great experience at McDonald’s! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit really enjoyable. The restaurant was spotless, and everything looked fresh and new, creating a comfortable atmosphere. On top of that, the Christmas decorations were on point, adding a festive and cheerful vibe that made the whole experience even better. Would definitely come back!

I’m shocked by the experience I had at the new McDonald’s at Bathurst and Tower Hill. The manager named Natalie was very rude, condescending, and completely lacked problem-solving skills. For a grand opening, this was so disappointing. Update Dec 26/2024: Came again for a bite and to try give this location another chance. Had the Big Arch combo which was alright. But…. let me get this straight, McDonald’s a multi-billion dollar empire, multi-national global corporation built on burgers, fries, and, yes, soft drinks…. can’t spare a little extra water and syrup for a free refill? Really? I wasn’t asking for gold flakes in my Coke Zero, just a top up! For a company that literally serves billions, this feels like the stingiest move ever. Corporate greed at it’s finest. What’s next? Charging extra for ketchup packets? Come on, McD’s, throw us a bone (or a refill). Don’t make me start calling you “No Refill Ronald.” The manager was still very rude about not giving a refill. It literally costs nothing. Very disappointing.
