Mobile order counter pick up for one hamburger. Waited 6 mins at counter and number disappeared. (Along with a few others still waiting) Waited another 5 mins for the burger. Manager was rudely apologetic. why are they all screwing with the stats by removing orders before there delivered. Cheaters

I like the food there obviously lol but last time I went something was wrong with the way management planned their workers to work. There was 1 or 2 workers last time I was there they was working a morning shift. I went inside and she was frantically running around trying to take orders cook and serve people. Idk if it might have been a fluke maybe a bunch of People called in or didn't show up. But took me almost an hour to get my food. And that's not the issue to me. I don't mind waiting. But when you only have the one or 2 workers on a busy week day. it makes it a problem. This review is just me showing that I saw how that place was run and it made Me feel bad for the workers the one time I go there. If I was in a work situation like that. I'd quit on the spot. It would be stressful and whoever that lady is that was working that day. She Deserves a manager roll. She killed it. Even though there was a wait she still killed it. And had a. Positive attitude making sure everything was correct before letting us drive off.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went through the drive through and ordered two McDoubles, fries and a drink. For some reason… they told us to pull up. We waited at spot #2 for over 10 minutes for food that they always have ready. My friend went inside to see what was going on and our food was sitting on the counter in the bag, when she asked how long this was sitting here the response was “uhhhh I don’t know” Our order was wrong as well. This is one of many disappointing experiences at this location. The young man at the pay window was very sweet, didn’t get a sense of care from anyone else though. Don’t recommend coming here.

The wait time for the food in the restaurant is horrible. We waited for more than 20 minutes for a normal sized order for 3 people. I could see that part of my order was sitting on the counter for more than 10 mins, the fries and nuggets getting cold while nobody bothered to make the ice-cream and complete the order. When I asked to talk with the supervisor, she didn’t even apologize. She just asked if I want her to redo the whole order, which I declined. I just wanted fresh fries. This restaurant has no refills because the pop fountain is behind the counter.

We stopped by this McDonald’s on our way to Bruce Peninsula. This location is quite spacious within a large plaza in the town of Shelburne. All of our orders arrived in a reasonable time. The sausage McMuffin was prepped with care. No complaints! There’s also a booth for kids activity papers & crayon.

We usually stop here on our way to our trailer. It's a long drive with kids in the back. This time around when We got our food from the drive way it was horrible. We were missing items. My burger was barely put together and sauce all over the outside of the bun. No napkins or receipt. Fries were cold. No dipping sauce for the kids meals. We sept over 50$ and to receive our meal like that was not worth it.. Won't be stopping here again.

Ask for extra pickles twice and they put 2 extra pickles on the burger...ask for a large drink and they dont even fill it all the way...so not only are prices rising but service and comprehension is at an all time low.. this is exactly why i dont like going to mcdonalds anymore.. not to mention my last few visits they get the order wrong or dont even give me all my items forcing me to return to get what I paid for. Decided to try coming here again and the new cajun items are good but the wait time was insane and again got a mcdouble with extra pickles and there is literally one pickle slice on the entire burger..... idk what is going on with this location but things need to change milkshakes done right away and then waiting 20 to 30 min the kitchen was full of employees and my order had nobody else in front at the time. Like i get drive through was fairly busy but to wait that long and to have things like ordering extra pickles and getting one is ridiculous....

I have visited this location 4-5 times, and overall, it is relatively clean. The staff members are very nice and warm, which makes for a pleasant experience. However, there is one issue: the muffins always have flies in the display case. Always! I have seen this every time I visited.
