If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered door dash from here. 4 hasbrowns, a raspberry pomegranate fruit splash, sausage mcmuffin and a egg blt mcmuffin. The complete order was wrong! What arrived was a half full fruit splash drink, 1 hasbrown and my egg blt mcmuffin the lettuce was all gross and black and soggy. When I called the store to complain, the lady on the phone was so unprofessional, kept asking "What?", and said she checked the cameras and the drink was full when she packed it. Unbelievable! Didn't offer to help me or nothing! So unprofessional! I will never order from this store again! Be aware!

This got to be the worst McDonalds on planet earth! There is not once I go here that they dont mess up the order. I have ordered on drive thru and gotten big Mcs without patties, I once ordered a Crispy Chicken Deluxe with bacon and the box looks ok but when I get home there was just a chicken patty (mcchicken) and nothing else. Tonight we ordered a Caramel Sundae and got a chocolate one! What the heck!!! Definitely wins the price for worst McDo in Canada or maybe the entire world!!!

Their employees have ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT. She was being racist to me over the phone for no reason. I asked if something was halal and she sighed and asked if I was halal. Then continued to ask if my name is Mohammad and stereotyping all Muslims. She was giving me sm attitude. That call was made 2:34pm February 18th. I hope you guys can deal with this because it’s absolutely unacceptable.

I love the way they make their food. Very clean, and delicious. I got a Happy Meal for my daughter once, and they changed the toy in the happy meal when asked. Very good service. I would recommend coming here.

would have to agree with most reviews the place needs consistent clean up. not exactly a major one but, taking advantage of downtimes (not many customers; no line up on a weeekend lunch) by sweeping the floors (bits of papers and fries), wiping tables (same), and repleneshing supplies (no condiment containers) would be a good start. food as can be expected with mickey d's; standard taste we grew up with. glad the fries weren't cold as some customers experienced. overall, not shabby but, could definitely use some improvement.

We ordered 2 cones for the kids but they were out of icecream. Therefore they let us upgrade to the smoothies for free. It was delicious. Fries were a little meh in my opinion tho. The wait here is always long and the tables are never clean here

Long line ups and messed up orders. The noon shift manager on 6/24/23 would clear orders off the screen long before the customer actually picks up the orders. This fictitiously improves the location's completion stats but creates chaos, multiple order errors and long line ups. I hope the other areas McDonalds know what's going on
