Cmon....this is the third time that I am missing items from my order, and it's really hard for me to drive back and try to get it, i know it's a busy location but PLEASE do better.....some customers won't have the time to check their take out order due to tight schedules and if ur missing items often, ur basically frauding people...

Rudest customer service ever, avoid the old Indian lady. Simply ask her one question, and she kept yelling and pointing at no where. Really disappointed

I would like to appreciate excellent customer service by zain or zaid. I am not quite sure if I am taking the name ryt. But that guy is 10/10 in providing a customer with his best. He was taking my order at the front of the house and man that guy is humble and respectful. The way he communicated with me was so respectful and decent , it made my day. That guy deserves appreciation from your management for keeping such calm and respect is such a rush. Thankyou zaid you are doing a wonderful job!!!

No I haven't drank from this yet. This is what you get if you order your iced coffee with no ice. I even asked, they confirmed, with a condescending face and tone. It's 7:40pm, garbage everywhere, on the floor and tables. Nope, won't be coming back anytime soon.

Had everyone waiting for their orders forever but deleted are orders from the board saying they were served, even though they had not served them. When your service times are more important that customer satisfaction there is and issue. As I waited for my order at least four people came up to ask where their order was as their number was not on the board. Another customer saying, “Can someone take my order Ive been here for 10 minutes.” On top of the ridiculously long wait, when I receive my food the order was incorrect.

The place was not busy when I got there, but the wait for food was longer than usual. I ordered Double Quarter Pounder with fries and the meat was a bit undercooked. I knew the texture was a bit off but I kept on chewing... until I had another glance at the burger. The cashier was shocked when my wife brought the burger to her attention. They quickly made me a new one and I devoured it shortly after. In terms of cleanliness, this location is doing a great job - garbage stations not overfilled, no oily tables and floors are not sticky. This location is inside Wal-Mart so it's pretty convenient if you want some McD's after shopping.

Not about this location but McDonald’s logistic fail! Kids happy meal all came with this little yogurt in the package. Did you know this yogurt package sits in the happy meal box and under a heat lamp for hours if not all day? Many kids are sick after having it! Don’t let your kids touch it if you don’t want the kids to risk it.
