Forgot I ordered something, then proceeded to hand me a preprepared coffee that was just sitting in the prepping area before I even ordered. The coffee was lukewarm and not what I ordered. I had a bad experience months before getting watered down coffee. Pls don’t waste your time coming here.

I’ve had a great experience at this McDonald's location! The food is always fresh and hot. I especially enjoy the fries and McFlurry—they never disappoint. The staff is friendly and efficient, making sure that orders are correct and served quickly. The restaurant itself is clean, with a comfortable seating area. It's definitely a reliable spot for fast food cravings, and I’ll keep coming back for sure!

No one looking after the front counter. Only focused on drive thru. Waited over 10 mins before someone finally came over ans helped the group of people waiting to order and for me to get the sweet and sour sauce for my son's chicken nugget happy meal that was forgotten. No focus given whatsoever on the front counter, they kept looking at us but not until someone spoke up did someone come over. Guess drive thru is focus for numbers and stats. Wish I would have read the reviews before going to this location, don't waste your time!!!!

The most incompetent group of people I have ever seen. Overheard the shift manager complaining about how management only schedules 2 people to work from 8pm - on and shouldn’t be questioning the standard of “cleanliness” in the kitchen. Alarming? I’d say! Ordered a Big Mac, no sauce (sauce on the side), fries, coke and a side habanero sauce as fry-dip. Opened the bag, only had a side of habanero. Had to ask a second time for what was requested. The person I was with ordered a meal, forgot to add a side of fries initially so she went to the kiosk to place her order. After paying, there was an error with the printer and when asking the staff at the front counter whether the order was processed on her end she said “No”. So, as we waited for the fry - the lady brought out two and said “here’s an extra” we made two accidentally. No, it wasn’t an “accident” because as soon as she got home she checked and was charged $11 for two medium fries when she only requested one. Horrible service, cold food - would recommend driving to literally ANY OTHER LOCATION!

This is possibly the slowest Mcd’s in existence. I only stop here once in a while to grab kids breakfast. It’s regularly a 20 min wait for 2 breakfast combos. Nothing special with them. Just bacon and egg McMuffins, staff is just absolutely ridiculously slowly sauntering around doing absolutely nothing. It’s a good day if they get the order right. The managers are by far the rudest of the staff.

I always get a $25+ order and always some type of meat is missing !!! When I was getting mighty breakfast mcmuffins or mighty breakfast mcgriddles they are supposed to come with a double bacon serving plus sausage and egg but from this location they would only put 1 or 2 pieces of bacon or 1 pce and some crumbs of bacon when it's supposed to have 6 strips of bacon. Also if I order a double big Mac or double quarter pounder most times it only comes regular serving and when I order bacon added for $2 extra it will come with 1 strip and some crumbs.

1) Ordered table service, and after 12 minutes, I went to the counter, only to see the "manager" putting my food into a bag. When I asked him why, he said "I didn't even look". Table service = tray. 2) Tables and floors had not been cleaned since the previous day. Last night's receipt on the floor along with fries, napkins and more. 3) I had the manager sit where I was going to sit and showed him the filthy table and my view of last night's mess. By the time I was finished eating, a young lady came out and cleaned the tables and chairs, but only 1 side of the restaurant. I left for 15 minutes to do something outside and when I came back, the floors were still untouched. 4) When first I walked in 2 staff members were having a great conversation between themselves. Maybe either the night staff should clean before leaving or the morning staff instead of chatting!!! I AM NOT IMPRESSED.

Visit Monday March 25, 2024. Convenient location. Mobility impaired accessible, washrooms, drive-thru and ample indoor seating. Clean, well lighted. Staff were professional, helpful. Food prepared promptly and was delicious. Reasonably priced.
