Slow drivethru. They had a number of cars pull over as their orders weren't ready. I don't think five out of eight cars would have unique orders that they'd need to wait. I'd assume it has more to do with a kitchen that isn't prepared.

absolutely awful. staff are absolutely horrible at their job and they really need to get it together. I ordered the bestie bundle and got no bracelets. the staff are lazy and incompetent teenagers. they mess up your order and it takes 1 hour, and the only compensation is giving you sympathy pies, which taste like garbage. figure yourselves out.

A tale of two cities. Weekdays: amazing staff. Friendly. Prompt. Accurate. Weekends: staff seem angry or depressed. Expect wait times up to 20+ minutes. Sometimes they even forget about you when they tell you to wait for your order.

Fire everyone then demolish this location. Management is horrible. I'm honestly impressed how they can mess up my order every single consistently, it almost feels intentional how can you be that bad at your job?

Cold and soggy, $50 for trash.......Update I was extremely hungry and needed some quick food so I decided to try them again. We'll atleast they are consistent with producing garbage. Look at the cheese placement on that mystery fish sandwich, the box got the half cheese slice on this micro slider shrinkflation garbage

Trans # 1LNYMLCXPY. Ordered a Filet O Fish NO TARTER and Double Cheesburger NO PICKLES. Was told to wait in Number 1 of drive thru. Waited for about 15 mins. Food came out. Got home and opened. Wrong order. Filet O Fish has tonnes of tarter. Cheeseburger has pickles. Why did we wait. I've attached receipt and photos of the wrong order. We waited, got attitude from server dropping off food, fries were ice and entire order wasn't even close. I know it's McDonalds and not fine dining but people make different orders maybe because they are allergic to certain items. I wouldn't normally complain but to get attitude and the wrong order is just not ok. Feel free to contact me.

Not only are they incredibly slow for the most part and park people, but the person who made my wrap must be inspired by Taco Bell. Meaning, when I opened my wrap, it was more like a soft taco, just folded over. It looked like it was thrown together (literally). 0 out of 10 on my wrap, as it was incredibly dry, but I 100% encourage this fella to open up Bowmanville’s first Taco Bell, since they are already practicing their taco building skills.

I was stuck in the drive-thru for nearly 20 minutes. Only 2 vehicles ahead of me. The only reason I went there was to use my points for a complimentary coffee with my order. However, they charged me full price and took my points away.
