Store: 40568 TRANS#: 1LNVKLX3GL Order: 239 Check your transactions well to ensure you are not being overcharged. I was charged double for an order and when I mentioned it to the cashier she preferred to argue than to admit that she was wrong. When she double checked and saw that I was right she did not even apologize. Her attitude was horrible.

Rude staff with no idea what they are talking about. Made me go to another McD without even looking at my order location. Ended up bouncing off of 2 locations and I'm the end the lady at the counter wasn't ready to accept she did that... Worst experience!!

Delightful experience, the store manager I think Michele, great human, went lengths to accommodate us and customer service was very nice, good to see such workers!

The staff was so happy and upbeat, and I enjoyed the atmosphere so much because of the few employees I met there. They have such a wide menu variety and it tastes incredible all together, I tried the iced matcha latte, the bacon tomato grilled cheese and their mini hash browns, all of it was so good!! I absolutely recommend this place!!

This is for Mc Donald in food court. I regularly come to union station. Most of the time the staff didn’t add sugar and cream in the coffee. I will suggest them to remove customization option if they are not doing that.
