Waited about 20mins for my online order. Ended up getting sick from the meal. Very nice staff, just slow.

Play area tables are filthy and not cleaned between guests. No toilet paper in washroom. Too much priority for drive through. Staff are friendly, but I feel like management keeps the restaurant understaffed. Have more people on shift! Nice play area, one of the few remaining in Hamilton.
