MAZEED SHAWARMA & CHICKEN Halal, second to none.

I saw Google reviews and went, but It was not good at all. We ordered Chicken Shawarma saj and chicken Shawarma pita. Chicken was uncooked. I would not recommend this place. I tried many different Shawarma places in toronto, and this is worse restaurant.

We tried the single and double Mazeed chicken sandwiches. It tastes so good, well seasoned and very juicy. What is nice about it is that it has both qualities : clean and smells nice as homemade sandwiches and served professionally. The fries are amazingly good crispy on the outside and soft in the inside like real fries not the ones served often in the fast food restaurants. The decor and the welcoming service are also impressive. Will definitely come back 😃

I would give this place a solid 4.4/5 I really liked the server, was very helpful. I ended up trying the Fried Chicken and the Single Fried Chicken sandwich. The fried chicken was really fresh, probably the freshest I've had from a "fast food" style restaurant. I think it was slightly under seasoned and not enough flavor, which wasn't a big deal since they offer a lot of great sauces. The fries have to be the highlight for me. They were also fresh, but they had this great seasoning on it - I think it may be a curry seasoning. Ate them up with sauce or ketchup! The fried chicken sandwich was solid, overall better than the fried chicken. Next time I'll try their shawarma and Hawawshi as they both looked really good and definitely more of those fries. Happy to have a Halal restaurant in the area!

Got the double fried chicken sandwich and it was delicious. So fresh and the chicken was seasoned perfectly. The chicken had that fresh oil taste and breading was super crispy. The service was amazing and I felt like the food was made with love

My partner and I stopped by to try some fried chicken and this spot was a great find. We met the owner who went above and beyond, he’s a lovely gentleman who really cares about his customers. The chicken itself was crispy, juicy and is also halal. It’s also obvious that they use real chicken which is a rarity at a lot of places these days. The prices are also very decent. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend checking this spot out.

what to say of this place…just an overall bad experience The service was extremely slow…45+ min to receive food after ordering it. Half the menu wasn’t available the day we went for whatever unknown reason. Whatever it is, fast food should not take close to an hour to be served. The food itself…barely edible. The oil the food was deep fried in probably was older than a week, you could smell the burnt oil in the food. The veggies w/ in the sandwich…not fresh at all. Just hot sauce to increase the heat, no real flavour to the food. The chicken itself had probably been left to thaw longer than needed. Just overall not good tasting food…at all The place itself is built really nice…probably spent most of the budget on the aesthetics rather than staffing and food itself. Will skip next time and go elsewhere.

An amazing new halal fried chicken place in Etobicoke. The food, service, and atmosphere are great. We tried their mazeed chicken sandwich, fried chicken meal, and the classic chicken sandwich. The spice mixture for the fries is delicious and new, and the coleslaw is very fresh and flavorful. Best of all are the prices! They have a place for praying and bathrooms downstairs which is very convenient. The owner was very kind and the service was great!

Today I had an amazing experience at Mazeed, I strongly recommend this place to everyone. we ordered Chicken fire spicy double sandwich, mazeed extra meal and snack box. All food was delicious and freshly cooked, the price was very reasonable . we all including our children liked the all food so much 😊. Definitely will come again.
