Stopped in by chance for a quick bite to eat and we’re so delighted we did! Friendly and helpful service. The Bahn Mi sandwich was fantastic: the bread was stand out for texture and flavours and their bahn mi was equally as delicious with the pickles adding a good bit of snap to the flavour. We also sampled one of the daily specials which was the teriyaki chickun: super! Texture, flavour, and the right amount of sticky & spicy. Great prices too!!

Staff were super friendly and helpful:) I got the Mac and cheese and it was delicious. Also the brownie and smores cookies were amazing!! Definitely recommend

This was a chance experience for me, I had intended to go to the exotic candy store next door but it was shut (temporarily) so I decided to give it some time and stepped into Mathilda’s. Now, I’m not vegan but I do eat plant based often as it’s easier and less worrisome for me as I’m very allergic to dairy. The food was excellent, flavourful and all had a great texture. Mathilda introduced herself to me and it brought a real personal touch to the dining experience. Will be back… oh and I did get the Vegan Kit Kat bar next door !

Amazing and friendly service, peaceful little seating area, best vegan food I've ever had! I got the small sample platter and I loved the variety, every item was fantastic and it was actually such a large and filling portion size!!

The best vegan meals around! Everything is so fresh and delicious. The shawarma and bbq unpork are my favourite if I had to pick. So many daily options. A good selection of frozen/cold vegan meals and groceries as well. She gives the best friendly service and puts so much time and effort into preparing her dishes and you can tell! All my meat eating co-workers ordered a meal with me for lunch and absolutely loved it, they wanted to get more the next day too! Highly recommend.

Mathilda's has the absolute best vegan food in the city. Very flavourful, my meat-eating friends love it! You have to try it!!! Everything on the menu it wonderfully made. You will not be disappointed. The service is 10 out of 10. Mathilda's is an angel, and so is her team. VERY knowledgeable. I just love love Mathilda's.

Seriously the most delicious food you will ever eat! Sampler platter is my go to😋 I can always get two meals out of the large one! Don’t even get me started on the desserts, mouth watering and so very satisfying! My husband is a serious meat eater and he loves the food here! The very first time I brought it home to him, I didn’t tell him everything was plant based, now he’s hooked too❤️ Great food, amazing people and a beautiful atmosphere! You won’t regret eating here
