Excellent service as always! Raman was fantastic in preparing a large order at the last minute right at open in a very timely and pleasant manner. They have the best samosas here. Always a hit at work/family events!

I've been going to Matheson Sweets & Catering for ages. They used to be just off Matheson but they moved to this new location about 6-7 months ago. Let me set your expectations right off the bat - it's a traditional Indian snack shop (what we call a "Halwai shop"), not a fancy restaurant. And that's exactly what makes it great. You know what keeps me coming back? Their samosas. I can't tell you how many times I've picked up a batch for family get-togethers or office events. They're just done right - crispy shell, perfectly seasoned filling. Everyone always asks where I got them from. The chaats are really good too. If you've never tried Indian street food before, their pani puri, bhel puri, and dahi puri are a great place to start. One thing to keep in mind - it can get pretty busy in there during lunch time. The staff handles it well though, and they'll always get the job done. Quick tip from a regular: if you're planning to order a larger order, just give them a call ahead of time. It'll save you from waiting around while they prepare everything. The prices are reasonable, and the quality is consistent. Sure, you might have to wait a few minutes if they're making a fresh batch of something, but - freshly fried Indian snacks are always worth the extra minutes.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. The staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. I called to order veg fried momos, but when I went to pick them up, I was told they were unavailable. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform me about this change. According to Google, the store's opening hour is 8:30 AM. However, when I arrived around 9 AM, three staff members were standing around and none of them attended to me. They just exchanged surprised looks. Eventually, one of them told me to come back at 10 AM because they were still cleaning. When I mentioned the posted opening hours, they seemed surprised again. At 10 AM, I decided to call before going back to the store. I was told they were still not open and would be ready in another half hour. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The staff lacks basic customer service skills and courtesy. Even though the food is decent, the unprofessional and inattentive staff will drive customers away. It's unfortunate that such a business, despite having good food, will lose customers due to the illiterate and undisciplined staff. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the store was questionable. The floors were dirty, and the tables were not wiped down properly. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers or maintaining the store. This lack of attention to detail and customer service is unacceptable. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary changes. Until then, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Their samosas and tea are absolutely delicious! However, the service is very much sub-par. It's very slow, even if you're ordering something small. It's a good idea to order ahead to avoid waiting inside.

Great good. Great service. I ordered food for 130 people for my corporate event in Mississauga. They delivered on time and perfectly packed delicious food. Highly recommend for parties and corporate events.

Good customer service. Very small takeout restaurant. I used to come here for their samosas and ladoo. This time, I came to get biriyani as they now serve halal, which is great. Ordered the lamb biriyani, and it was great but very spicy, which I can't handle. Next time, I'll try other items and ask for the biriyani to be less spicy. And yes, the biriyani was made fresh as I had to wait roughly less than 15 minutes for it. Best to order ahead.
