Masala Mexx

For dinner tonight, my daughter and I both had orders of the Butter Chicken with Steamed Basmati Rice and Butter Naan Bread. I have to say, this was the most authentic butter chicken I've ever had in Oshawa. The chunks of chicken were large, the rice was fluffy, the butter sauce was perfectly made and the bread was very fresh. We both would highly recommend you try this new restaurant on Taunton Ave East of Ritson Road North in Oshawa. Thank you for a great meal Masala Mexx! Dave Knight Oshawa ON

So, so, sooo good! We were really excited to eat here after seeing all the great reviews, and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions. We ordered the naan tacos, which were savory, tasty, and juicy. The atmosphere was pleasant, the place was clean, and the customer service was amazing. Mansi who was very nice, was talking to us and explained the options and gave recommendations. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely return to try more dishes! Plus, the prices are accessible too!

I ordered the butter chicken and masala fish naan tacos — they are soooo good! Lots of flavour, full size tacos, and really well priced!! I also split the cauliflower appetizer with a friend and tasted the chicken tandoori burrito bowl, all of which were very tasty! Too bad I live far away, otherwise I would come here pretty regularly and try some of the other items on the menu. Would love to try the nachos and veggie fritters next time! Highly recommend you check them out. Definitely worth the visit!!

Delicious. Indian + Mexican = true love Great food. Kid approved. We had the channa masala and aloo tiki tacos. Lots of vegan options too. Love it.

This is the second time dropping by here. We absolutely love this place, they are probably the only restaurant in Oshawa that serves perfect authentic Mexican food. If you want to make it desi, there are plenty of options for that as well (Butter Chicken Burrito Bowl etc.). We ordered authentic TexMex Fish Chimichanga, and TexMex Chicken Burrito bowl, both of them were exceptional interms of presentation, taste and quantity! The owner of the restaurant, Mansi was super helpful with our order, and talked very nice after our food. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend this place! We will drop by whenever we can!!

We had previously eaten here but hadn’t left a review yet. I recently hired them for a backyard party of about 15-20 people and they did an exceptional job on catering. We ordered taco trays and Bombay grilled sandwiches and the food was great. They definitely took their time to understand our event, guest preferences and dietary restrictions and based on that, suggested the food. My guests loved all of it. Hands down the best Indo - Mexican restaurant if you want to do catering for events. Will reorder again.

Had the crispy fish naan taco. Sooo delicious it’s bursting with flavour and a very generous serving. The staff is very friendly and a very cheery atmosphere. Highly recommend it the food is amazing.

My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed. The masala pav and samosa pav were nothing short of delightful, each bite bursting with deliciousness. The menu is expansive, promising a tantalizing array of fusion creations waiting to be explored. The restaurant offers a unique fusion dining experience, blending the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine with the zestful spices of Mexico. The ambience perfectly complements its eclectic culinary offerings. Vibrant hues and cultural accents from both India and Mexico create a lively and inviting atmosphere. Would definitely visit again! It’s a must visit for food enthusiasts!
