Went there tonight Friday Dec 27 at around 9 pm. Don’t know what drugs/ meds the cashier was on but this guy needs to be trained on customer service. I walk to the cash to order ,he sees me but decides to take ketchup packets from the box to fill up behind him. I wait for him to come to cash which he does and then just stands there , no greeting , no how may I help you ? I had to ask him he was ready to take my order and then I proceeded to place my order. Asked for Diet Pepsi , gives me a ginger ale and doesn’t even tell me he swapped my drink. When I told him it wasn’t Pepsi, he just told me that the Diet Pepsi was flat, no apologies. Almost felt like he was doing me a favour. I will never eat there again, plus they only serve chicken in a bun not chicken pieces.

Worst service ever. My food sat in the shelf for 5 minutes before they finally gave it to me. Then I had to ask for the pop and sauces that I ordered. Then had to ask for napkins and a straw. They said it was in the bag and it wasn't. Then they wouldn't give me a straw. Told me to go get it myself!! And they overcharge at this location. They need to have good service to match.

I'm a newfoundlander, I've had Mary Browns everywhere. This is the most pathetic order I've ever had. Service was fine for the Mary had no chicken lol like a junior mcchicken has more. There was nothing "big" about this. If Mary saw this she would board up the windows

The food was hot and fresh, ordered the Big Mary and Tater Poutine combo, it was a little pricey, but to be expected in an express location within the Casino.

Food and service were ok. Prices seem to be at a bit of a premium at this location. Also they don’t serve their Famous Fried Chicken as it’s an Express location that only offers Sandwiches and Tenders.

Very disappointed with this location. Always love Mary browns, they are the best chicken in Canada... but this one is terrible. The chicken was very greasy. The potatoes were also very greasy and undercooked. Well not be returning to this location.
