Great food and great recommendations. Loved the big mary. We came there around 12am and despite the heats not working we were given little cute heaters and it was super cozy. Thanks Manya for taking care of us

I had one of the best experiences from the Mary Brown's today. Alicia who deserves five stars +. I was just an everyday customer. Taking my time to decide what I wanted. A little while longer than the average customer so her patience was greatly appreciated... Upon ordering she is extremely gracious and her hospitality service is commended. After I was sitting in my car for about 10 or 15 minutes. This young girl named Alicia or Alesha came out and brought the food to our car. This hospitality service is extremely valuable and her friendliness is greatly appreciated. I do like this Mary Brown's and their food is great, it went hand in hand when Alicia went way Beyond the norms and I find this invaluable for customer relations and etiquacy between what I truly believe head office with respect of an employee. Thank you very kindly. Edited: head office could definitely be in need of her to example and perpetually influence business. I come back to her location and bought 100$ worth of food :) I admire her and the acknowledgment she gets. I admire the management that acknowledges her commitment to humility and respect towards people. I cannot say anything less than head office would want this type of person. Whatever position that drives her to be at the cash, this lady shows the up and Beyond foremost towards people and that business practice is extremely needed. Not to say other places of business do not house this, however and with the many years that I've been Alive, I greatly appreciate this lady. I certainly will make sure that she is known within her circles, to influence the kindness and dynamic that she examples!

Alisha at Mary Browns is a gem! Her warm hospitality and efficient service truly stood out. The food was top-notch, and Alisha's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my visit. Highly recommend giving her a shoutout!

Ian is an exceptional worker. My family and I came into the Thickson location and we were all so impressed with the service he provided ,his positive attitude and professionalism. He made us feel welcomed and that our business was valued. I will definitely be visiting this location more often .

Good food from this location! I ordered the chicken tenders and chicken bowl. The lady working the front counter was very friendly and the inside was clean for dining in. I would return when in the area again ☺️

I recently visited the Mary Browns location on Thickson Road in Whitby. I have to share my disappointment with the overall experience. From the lack of flavour in the tenders and the mishap with my order, I regret to say that this visit did not meet my expectations. The prices at Mary Browns are considerably high considering the quality and quantity of food provided. I was hoping for a satisfying meal packed with flavour like usual but instead, I received bland and unseasoned chicken tenders. The lack of taste in the tenders made the dish unappetizing. To add to my disappointment, my order of five tenders turned out to be incomplete. I paid for a specific quantity, but I only received four tenders. When I realized this at home I had no desire to drive all the way back for a missing Tender. Kind of annoying. On a positive note, I have to acknowledge that the location itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff I encountered were friendly and polite, showing a genuine willingness to provide assistance. However, the positive aspects are overshadowed by the unsatisfactory quality of the food and the pricing issues. Hope they give more attention to detail in the future. * thought I’d give an update. I did end up sending A message to the email provided And Received a response A few days later suggesting they would get back to me After an internal investigation .never did hear back from anyone.
