Mary Brown's Chicken

I am beyond disgusted with what I was served If If I could give them lower than a one I would. I brought a Spicy Big Mary just the sandwich upon biting into I found what was to be some unusual black thing I thought maybe it could just be bits from when you fry it in the oil, however, upon further examination you can clearly see in the picture that was not the case. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION MAYBE ANY MB LOCATIONS after this horrific incident. I couldn't even take it back because I seen it and threw up immediately.

The chicken and fries were super tasty! I ordered a pepsi and it was warm and when I notified the worker she didn’t hesitate to give me a brand new one they was cold. I am happy with the food and service overall ☺️

I'll only be ordering from Mary Brown's whenever I crave fried chicken from now on. First of all, it's one of the few Canadian businesses that hasn't been bought out by an American parent company. Secondly, the service has been consistently good compared to KFC and Popeyes. If you order a 4-piece meal, it's one leg, one thigh, one wing, and one breast. Not once have they mixed up an order or forgotten an item. Unlike at Popeyes, where 8 out of 10 times they either forget an item or give you all thighs in a three-piece meal. This is what integrity and quality mean to me. Five stars to MB's, and keep up the good work! You guys rock

Excellent warm friendly service and delicious hot fresh chicken sandwich. The woman who took my order was wonderful. She clearly takes pride in her work. Keep up the great work! This entire location including the employees preparing the food in the back are true team players and genuinely interacted with eachother in a happy, friendly manner. I will be back

I visit this place frequently and it's always a pleasure. Not only is the fried chicken the best around, but the staff also make me feel incredibly welcome. They're a fantastic team. I wish I knew their names, but I've never had a bad experience with any staff member here. They're consistently exceptional. Wonderful!!

I ordered through Doordash last night: one medium tater and three wings; all that they sent was one wing and medium tater. I contacted Doordash to get my money back for the missing items. Why accept my order late at night if you will not make more chicken for the order? It's a complete waste of time.

Glad to see this location finally open! Some criticism to the fried chicken sandwich - I found that there was more batter than chicken and/or dry. The taters were alright. Hopefully this was just an issue starting off.
