Great customer service. They switched out my small gravy for a small fries. The location is also clean. I would recommend.

We order a lot from MB. Lately, at least about 3 times the chicken pieces were not exactly what we ordered. Last time, the fries were mostly crumbs, and one piece of chicken was dry. It might have been sitting there for a while. Maybe dining in could be a different experience.

We tried the Batters Box on the skip app. Wonderful value! 6 pieces of chicken 1 medium taters, 2 biscuits a 1 medium gravy for $21.99. It's a large box! So happy for such a juicy and crispy treat!

Went to this Mary Brown's for the first time. Excellent, friendly service. We were going to get chicken and coleslaw, but for almost the same price, she suggested we get the meal deal, and she would swap out the sides for a large coleslaw and small wedges. She also suggested the 2 for $5 bottle pop. 👍 We got the 9 piece and got 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs, 2 wings, 2 ribs and 1 keel. That's the whole bird! That used to be industry standard, but who does that these days? You always get more legs than a bird should have. The chicken was crispy and juicy and not too salty. The wedges were well seasoned, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Both were really good with the gravy. Would definitely come back.

Went there 2 times. First time the experience was great. They had a promotion for a "Batters Box", a baseball theme combo with 6 pieces of fried chicken, gravy, wedges and 2 biscuits. We also tried their burgers which were really good. They even customized the gravy to coleslaw for my kid. The next time staff was strict with the order and didn’t do any changes. Food was oily the second day and fries were cold. Didn’t go to that place after this.

Best fried chicken and Sandwich in my opinion. Love their Mondays special where the Chicken Sandwich is $4.99 The only thing I dislike: I always put in the order from Mary Browns app but whenever I arrive my order is never ready. I'm not sure if the staff has been instructed to start preparing when customer arrives. Id love for my order to be ready for a quick in and out. The staff is great and delivers amazing customer service.

Great location with exceptional customer service and tasty chicken. This is definitely my favourite fried chicken place at the moment, I come here at least twice a week and would visit even note if it was a little closer to where I live. The first time I came here I had an issue with my order but the manager was a good guy and resolved the issue. Ever since then I kept coming back. Their chicken is definitely better quality than KFC and Popeyes. The spicy chicken is delicious and is actually spicy compared to the other places who just call it spicy.

Ordered from this New location 79 times around 22 times via Skip The Dishes including 26 February 2021 I ordered in person the staff member was great (don't remember Her name) I found that the Taters can be a bit salty, their Fries have Less salt. Love their Banana 🍌 Pudding it is back the Banana 🍌 Pudding BUT only in the Small size. Served several times by Brittney the Manager On 27 August 2024 They have started to offer Chicken Wings 6 in an order in store only for now
