I’m always happy whenever I come to this location. Never an unpleasant experience and the chicken is really tasty.

When this location initially opened they were great all around. The service, quality of food, and catering to customer requests have gone down. I try as much as possible to avoid this location. Other locations are top tier.

I recently ordered the Southwest Grilled Chicken with potato wedges from Mary Brown Chicken, and I have to say it was one of the worst meals I’ve had in a while. The chicken was completely bland and tasteless, without a hint of seasoning or flavor. On top of that, it was undercooked, which made it both unappetizing and unsafe to eat. I expected a well-prepared, flavorful meal, especially given Mary Brown's reputation, but this was far from it. The potato wedges, which I hoped would at least complement the meal, were equally disappointing. They lacked any crunch or seasoning, and the texture felt as though they were reheated instead of freshly made. Overall, the entire meal was a letdown. It’s a shame because I’ve had decent experiences at other Mary Brown locations, but this time was a complete failure. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and taste. I definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a flavorful or satisfying meal.

I usually go to this location once or twice a month, and there is a reason for that. I workout a lot and generally don’t eat a lot of fast food, but when do have a “cheat day”, this is my spot of choice. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and if you are a regular, they greet you by name and with a huge smile! I am far more satisfied here than the chicken at their competition: it’s soft and tasty, and is never dried -out. Besides the people and the food, it’s relatively easy to get to and there is plenty of parking, unlike some other locations. I am never disappointed when I go to the Mary Brown’s on Laird.

This is our second time eating at this lovely new chicken joint and boy are we ever impressed. A delicious menu and some of the best tater tots you can find at a fast food joint! The staff are very welcoming and always sporting a big smile on their faces. Delicious sandwiches, a very clean establishment. My personal favorite is the Buffalo Mary and K-Crunch! Go give them a try! We are already looking forward to our next dining experience here!

Great experience at this Mary Brown's. Everything was hot, tasty, and came out quickly. Shout out to Jeff - honestly the best experience we've had at a quick serve restaurant. He went above and beyond and is extremely pleasant. Thanks Jeff!

Its a nice alternative to other fast food restaurants. I was expecting a wow factor but completely missed it. I think the food was premade & stored in warmer plates. It didn’t taste fresh & crispy but a bit spicy raw rub on the top. Taters were below average & soggy. Overall, restaurant was very clean & offers Halal food. I might try their burger next time. Definitely need to improve freshness of food served & need options without combos as it increase the price. Also, introduce daily deals to increase traffic flow as i was the only customer dined at one time in the evening.

This place is a real gem on Laird. Chicken is good and not very greasy which is a plus in my book. Staff are very friendly here and greeted my party as soon as we entered. Took our order without issue and even served us the food while we were seated. The wait was not very long too. I have been here twice now after relatives recommended this place and I have not been disappointed. Excellent place for your chicken fix!
