Mary Brown's Chicken

I took my little guy to this locarion in Limeridge mall on Monday, and despite the store being busy, we received our meal quickly. The customer service was fantastic—friendly and welcoming. My son even commented on how friendly the staff member was! If I remember correctly, her name was Heather (she had red hair tied in a bun or ponytail). It was a great experience overall, and the food was delicious. I like to leave reviews when they're deserved, and this visit definitely was. Just been a busy week, but I wanted to make sure I shared!

There always fast at getting me my food! The staff are always very kind never rude or have an attitude, this is literally the only Marry Browns I go to as they always have a comfortable Atmosphere! special shout out too Vuarnet, always 10/10 service!

1st time I've eaten in at Mary Browns at Limeridge Mall. Food was hot and delicious as always. I usually order it in and its amazing, but I was very impressed with the cleanliness, and my server Heather was very friendly and courteous. Brought my meal over and all. And I love that they even have little wet wipes to clean your hands. Nice touch. #keepitup

I placed a pickup order for chicken pop ins and a bottle of pop through the mobile app. The employees were very kind and made sure to get my order ready in a timely manner. Working in fast food I totally understand how overwhelming it can be on a busy day so I wasn’t worried about how long it took for my food but I’m glad the employees made sure that I got my order at the time promised in the mobile app.

It’s a fast food place, so as far as atmosphere, clean is what we’re looking for. It has incredibly tasty food, best fried chicken in Hamilton I’ve tasted so far in a fast food chain, and it’s healthier as it’s made with more real ingredients instead of processed ground up who knows what. Accommodating friendly cooks. Seems very well managed. Tasty! Great work!

I visited limeridge branch order 5 big Mary ans ask them specifically that I need fresh chicken ....and several times fresh chicken hw said it will take 4.30 min to make the fresh chicken and I said I will wait ... but again they gave me the old fried chicken.... I told him that you did not put these in the fryer but he said he did.....when I came home and I found it was old and not chewable......I don't know what is the problem with the staff if I am paying and wait why means why they don't make the fresh one.....very disappointed waste of money and time.....

Chicken was tasty, as always, however we have noticed that the pieces have become very small. We have heard many people commenting on the fact that the prices of Mary Brown’s is a bit higher than the typical fried chicken places. What kept them going to Mary brown was the fact that the chicken is tasty, always fresh and the pieces were pretty decent. Now because the pieces are a lot smaller and the prices are a bit higher, most hesitate going back, including myself. We do not mind paying a bit more for size and taste. Not only taste. That makes us think when feeding a family. Is it worth it these days with the sizes drastically reduced.

I went here about a week ago, I really wanted to try their spicey chicken sandwich. I got fries and gravy with it. The sandwich was very tasty and filling, the chicken was very tender and a nice portion size. The sauce tasted great that they put on it. The fries were crunchy and tasty and was perfectly matched with the gravy. The lady that served me was very kind and polite. The atmosphere there was accommodating and quiet. I'd definitely grab another sandwich again, I'd recommend their chicken sandwiches to anyone to try!
