the girl cashier with the curly dark red hair is so funny. she doesn’t take any crap but i love it. she works very hard and she gets down to business. she deserves a raise. working on new year’s eve is so hectic but she handled herself really well and still made conversation pleasant. very nice lady. thank you for your service :))

Heaven forbid my wife and I show up to order food 15 mins before closing. The cashier was mopping the floor, giving us a salty attitude and unfriendly welcome as we entered. I'm pretty sure the Dude in the kitchen kept his hands dirty (handling mops and brooms) and made our order. He seemed very annoyed with our order in general. I usually have fantastic service at this place. They should change their closing time to 9:45pm, the team was already checked out anyway.

Sad, broken, bloody, stinky, Chicken ! Previous Asian owners were happy helpful, polite, and the place was spotless. And the chicken was excellent in every measure. New non Asian owners are angry, bitter, the food stunk, every bone was broken, and the meat was full of blood. It honestly stunk ! I believe they only prefer their own nationality friends as customers. Even Skip, who were constantly in line, are nowhere to be found. Wow, the old lady out front was angry ! All the staff were fighting !

The food is decent, but the idea of how the staffs handle it makes it uneasy to eat it. First the work area does not look clean, and the lady who was at the front, she wears glasses just puts her head on the table that shows how much she doesnt want to be there.

Not a lot of space to dine in. Stopped over during a road trip for the special for fried chicken day and wasn't able to swap taters for fries... I get it but my kids prefer fries over the taters. Chicken was good as always though!

I have order two big Mary’s and small fries And mac cheese I ask her if I can cancel and do it for me as combo she say no , because owner he give comment not to do the refund and punch again in the POS It is so bad from this owner , I have the right to cancel and make my order as combo , it’s not something hard . It’s really they giving staff bad information to give to the customer , I have from the company to see why they are giving training like that’s , this shop it’s bad because of the owner rules

I never leave reviews but i ordered waffles fries. I’m still searching for the waffle fries in the box. Please respect people when serving as though you are serving yourself. You cannot serve this to someone and call it waffle fries. Who ever put this in the box really needs a conscience. Poor customer service. I would have preferred If I was told that I need to wait because the waffle fries are done.

Well MB has good fried chicken and tators but their prices are ridiculous. You can buy an entire rotisserie chicken for 1/2 the price of a 4 piece.
