Mary Brown's Chicken

Poor food quality not as fresh according to mary browns quality standards. Ordered spicy big mary with tater poutine Not good quality at all. Store was not busy idk why they still not paying attention just for 1 order wow.. They are charging for dipping sauce ? I am not sure if they supposed to do that. Dine in order person called at counter & didn’t ask if need anything else u ask for napkins & sauce & of course he wanted to charge money extra. Avoiding this store sorry

The staff was professional and kind when taking my order! The food was amazing and tasted super fresh! I LOVED how the chicken was tender and not oily at all. The food came quick and was served for my family at the table. The banana pudding was my favourite for dessert. The SAUCES paired with the chicken popcorn was SUPER yummy and was the best touch to the meal. Lastly, the place was clean and safe for a family dinner!

SYAH the supervisor was absolutely horrible. First of all we went at 9pm for chicken and it was sold out, told we have to wait 30mins for chicken. I’m not sure if I forgot what fast food meant or did they. Their reasoning is they were closing yet there was still an hour before close. On top of that SYAH lied to me at first claiming he was the manager when he wasn’t. A chicken place that doesn’t have chicken is crazy, don’t ever go here better of going to wait at a restaurant

I CALLED AHEAD and placed my order when I arrived is still wasn’t cooked or even started to be cooked, I was the only customer other than a lady that came in for a chicken sandwich and fries. I waited about 20 minutes, it was take out so when I got to my destination and opened up the box I just laughed at the size of the chicken.. they must use day old chickens lol.. I paid 78.52 for bones with a little meat on them, and they tasted bland, Never again I think I’ll stick with the Mom & Pop places where they give you value for your money

It's incredibly clean, service is friendly, fast and efficient! Couldn't be happier with our visit. We were served by a badass chick who made it seem effortless to run the show by herself as far as I could tell.

I work at the Walmart across the street and I used to come here often but the last three times the food quality had severely decreased. This is the third time in a row now where my big Mary was mostly breading with only 2 bites of actual chicken which for $20 is absurd. I Will not be returning here anymore and will choose from the many restaurants around the area.
