Too Overpriced food even for an airport. Too small quantity. The food description also incorrect - it’s saying includes chips but attendant wants you to pay extra for it.Service was too poor. Attendants are never at the counter and have unwelcoming attitude .Worst airport food experience. Make sure to grab something from outside airport if u don’t want to starve.

Clunky ordering process and way too expensive. Had a sandwich and a bottle of water. Came to $20. Sandwich bread was stale. I guess it’s ok.

You’re better off getting something at the vending machine. This was the only café on the USA connections flight and after a long flight i was absolutely starving, i paid 70$ for a putrid sandwich, a tiny salad, half a pint of beer and a ice tea. Stay AWAY from this place unless, you want to pay a fortune for a horrible meal.

Very disappointing that Billy Bishop Airport chose this vendor. Not only is it extremely overpriced (18$ for Avocado Toast) but the food is terrible. The staff also put minimal effort into providing service. Given this is an airport and people have flights to catch, there was no sense of urgency. I recommend eating before you come to the airport.

Don't order food if you have a flight to catch. Took 20 minutes to get my order in and another 25 to get my burger. I saw a customer order and leave without their food because their flight was boarding. The burger itself was clearly a previously frozen, mass produced patty and served with chips. Just get a muffin at the counter and eat at the other end.

I ordered a medium Earl Grey Tea. The cup was piping hot and filled to the brim. I did not know this as it was covered. When I tried picking it up to go put some sugar, the cover came off, and the hot beverage scalded my finger. I tried to get the attention of the staff but she was busy. I walked away. The pain persisted, and my finger was visibly red and swollen. I went back and told the staff that they needed to warn customers or put a sign up somewhere to let customers know how hot the beverage is. She was clearly upset at my suggestion. In response, she told me that I should have known and the water comes straight from the machine piping hot. I asked for ice, which she reluctantly gave. I am so upset and in a lot of pain. My flight is about to leave, otherwise, I would ask for the manager.

We were flying out early in the morning on Sunday so we grabbed coffee and 2 croissants. The cashier was friendly when taking out orders. The coffee and food came out fast (not that there should have been a wait). They have multiple milk options for various dietary restrictions which is always nice! Only down side was the line can be a bit long. The prices seemed reasonable given the location.

The bartender annoyed me no end. He nicely confirmed every order, then 30 seconds later asked again. Every time, for drinks or food, usually suggesting something different than we'd just told him. Apparently he was new to this, as he didn't realize a tapped keg wasn't tied to a single bar tap. Food was so-so. I ordered a burger, and it came out very well done, which I now know is typical for Canada. I'd had an earlier experience at another restaurant where I considered some elk, but was told it had to be cooked well. I assumed that was to avoid gaminess, but was apparently wrong. My wife got a salad, which was fine. The plus is that we had a place to spend our 3.5 hour layover, and had outlets to charge our phones.
