Great food and refreshments on site at the marina next to the main washrooms/shower/laundry building. There are chairs and tables on the patio next to it. There is usually a daily special which I have tried a few and they have all been great. Really nice that there is an option without having to drive somewhere to get food or a coffee.

This cafe (actually a food trailer) at Outer Harbour Marina requires you pass through a security gate. Don't worry, it's not like the airport! Just tell the guard you are going to the cafe. Head towards the building with the red/orange roof and then turn lake side. This is a great place to bike as it is right on the Waterfront Trail. The food is typical fast food with hamburgers and patties. Check the menu for specials. They also have a REAL espresso machine and serve a good variety of beverages. The cafe is not licensed to serve alcohol currently. What really makes the place is the view! Yes, this is the true life of the rich and famous with yachts, sailboats and other craft at rest. There are cafe tables and chairs arranged in the shade with a great view of the marina. I suggest you head to the Marina Cafe now. Once the word gets out about this place it will be packed. Be aware that this is a seasonal business running from late spring to early autumn.
