I ordered Christmas Eve early went there to pick up at 7:00 and it was not ready for almost 2 hours late I threw out half the food because my company had been leaving they should do something for the people who were waiting I understand it was Christmas Eve but this should not happen

Asked around 11 A.M. to order food for 5-6 pm, Was told "3pm or nothing" Arrived at 2:50, was left waiting until 3:45 for food. No fortune cookies. I have had better egg rolls from the frozen food aisle. Asked for extra sweet and sour sauce, never got it. 1/10 do not recommend.

Was supposed to pickup at 6pm wasn't ready at 630pm. I was told it would at least 30 mins more. At least they refunded my order

First time here the other night. Absolutely great place. Great customer service, great food. A hidden gem in the Chinese Food industry. Give them a try. I will be back because if the friendly customer service! Good luck

I do not like to leave this kind of review. However for those wanting to order from Maple Garden please read my review 🤔 I have been a very loyal customer to this establishment for atleast the last eight years. I ordered out from them tonight and the portions were ridiculously small. Some of my order was missing, food was cold and again, the portions were disgustingly small. Maple Garden, if you were downsizing this way, perhaps let the consumers know before hand. Thank you in advance ! FYI of you have the time to check out The Golden Gate in Courtice, I loved it much! Sam's kitchen in Whitby closed down, that place was.#1.

This man is such a sweetheart. I went in at 915 after work and asked if he was still taking orders. He said we aren’t closed yet, with a big smile and said we close at 930 there’s still lots of time, no problem- he was so kind and thoughtful, kept telling me not to rush. He helped curate our faves and he was so humble! He brought our food out to the car (in the rain!) as I’ve seen him do for my family before. Just such a great experience, which I don’t find often anymore, when getting take out.

Try Steves JUMBO Shrimp Fried Rice with carrots, peas, and egg thats new on the menu. Honestly the best shrimp fried rice I've had in all Durham region, it's all you'll need, it's soooo goood!!!
