Mamma's Pizza

This is bad pizza. No way around it. The dough is uninspired, the toppings are meh, the cheese is lacking, and overall the pizza is so bland and mediocre that the only reason you should go here is if nothing else is open.

The attendant was very rude I think he was drunk. The owner should take strict action against him. I will never return to the store. I ordered the pizza but got the wrong pizza and I called he was damm rude and talking with the same tone which was similar to when I went to there store. I don’t know his name but he was in his late 30s and work at night shift on Saturday.

the guy who is serving pizza with pink eye was beyond rude. we wanted to buy pizza and use the washroom and he kicked us out of the shop saying their washroom was out of service. will never visit this again even though my friend & I used to be regulars.

We were a little apprehensive about Mamma's pizza as we only looked at the reviews after walking in and ordering. We were pleasantly surprised! Most of the reviews are about home deliveries but not the food. We enjoyed two really tasty pizzas which had a thin crust and nice tasting dough. The server was polite and greeted us in a friendly way. Don't let the reviews put you off, good takeaway food.

Walked in to the store at 11:15 and placed the order for chicken Alfredo pizza. The person working on the cash register took the order and told us that they will be closing in 10 mins. When I confronted him that the timing shows till 1 AM then why are they closing early he told that they are short staffed where in there were no other customers apart form us and there was one more person working with him. After taking order he told us that they don’t have the chicken Alfredo pizza available and told us that they can’t make it. When asked for refund on the same card he said he won’t be able to do it and gave us cash( maybe coz he didn’t want it to be visible to franchise or owners). They need to update their posters for the offers as they all are expired and the prices have been hiked up more than what it shows on posters ( it’s misleading information on posters). Would never go back to that place and if I had an option I would have given negative rating for this.

I really enjoy mammas pizza and approecate this location is open late however it has worst customer service I have ever experienced… I called this location to make an order and when I asked them to price for my pizza in a small size vs a medium; I was given attitude, told to check the website figure out what I want and then come in store to order …. I can instore; I witness them selectively let people use their washroom while deny others… once I got my pizza, I confronted them and they pretended the issue was due to being busy but I called 3 times and spent 20mins in store waiting for the pizza that I tried to order on pick up; they were not busy … you will get better service from a hotdog vendor than this mammas pizza
