Absolutely horrible service and attitude of the staff. I placed an order for pick up threw ubereats and they kept pushing back my order. The lady working the counter flat out tells me the "chef" prioritizes the counter customer first before pick up order. Time said 1:05-1:15, food wasn't ready until 1:4, completely unprofessional. If the food was good at least it would be worth the wait, but it wasn't. The food was horrible and disgusting. Pasta was chew and flavorless, fries soggy, chicken fingers were overcooked and tasted like they were cooked in old oil, the bruschetta was just a horrible mess. I don't recommend this place to anyone, over priced for the garbage you recieve. No wonder most of the customers sitting there were heavy smokers. They can't taste how bad the food is. Don't ever come here for anything. Disgusting, waste of money.

BAD and ...good? Good: Breakfast was cheap and came out fast. Bad: The kitchen had food on the floor. Dirty. We only noticed this after we ate and went to use the facilities. The place is rundown. The only server...went out to smoke outside in front of the restaurant in between serving customers. Most of them were at the bar having beer... at 1030am! We see no recent reviews for this restaurant and we can now understand why. Maybe it used to be good? In Mississauga, there are TONS of better and SAFER places to eat.

We were looking for a quick place off the highway as we passed through and saw it had great reviews and gave it a shot!!! Definitely worth it and exactly what we were looking for. Hit the spot with value, service and the food was amazing!! Highly recommend this place to anyone not familiar to the area!

The bar and people are friendly and happy The lady should LOOSE. her smart serve License..she over served us took our $$$ and tip..when we left.called the police and said we were Drunk ..she is picture is on here if she is there just leave.. Awful service

Mama Rosa really lived up to our expectations! This restaurant is situated off the main roads. It is not a very frequented road. Hence the plaza is quiet. We ordered Bruschetta and Chicken Parmesan Spaghetti. We just loved it!! The lady staff was cheerful and made sure we are comfortable. Food portion is very good. Taste is good. Price point is good. They also have specials on every day for lower price. Loved it!!
