Mama Fatma Turkish Cuisine was an exceptional dining experience. As visitors from Miami, Florida, we were impressed at the warm welcome and friendly staff this excellent establishment had to offer. Our waiter, Ibrahim, was very attentive and helpful; he was able to explain the menu exceptionally well. We ordered food for a light lunch. However, it did not disappoint. The flavors were balanced and perfectly spiced. The portions and quality of our meals were fantastic and shareable. Our family was grateful for the warmth, hospitality, and ambiance Mama Fatma was able to create. When we visit Canada again, we will definitely come back!

A beautiful restaurant with delicious food! We ordered the mixed kebab combo for 2 and it was so yummy! You get to taste many different specialties. Everything was extremely flavourful and expertly prepared. It was enough food for 3 of us. We ordered dessert as well, the profiteroles, rice pudding and kunefe. My favourite was the rice pudding! Dinar was our server who was very helpful, attentive, and was very patient with us as we asked many questions about the food!!

We had a group of friends meet at the restaurant for lunch. It was overall a great experience with the excellent food and ambiance as well as good service. The food quality as well as quantity was great. We enjoyed their mixed grill platters. Maybe it was quite busy at that hour, so we felt the service could have been better. Seating and decoration in the dining area was elegant, with ample space for the guests to move around.

The wait time was a little bit too long, we had 4 people and we waited for over an hour at dinner time. After we seated, it took the waiter over 20 minutes to take our order. The restaurant should make an online ordering system to make the ordering more efficient. Other than that, the food, service atmosphere were all amazing. We ordered the 4 person combo(200 before tax), 2 appetizers and 4 drinks. It cost me 92 after tax and tips, it’s a little bit pricy but the dining experience is good.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted when we walked in. They have an ingenious system at your table to request your server to come to the table. Being our first time we asked our server Emir to recommend some items and he suggested the mixed appetizer and the mix kebab platter. Although the kebab platter indicated it feeds two people it clearly could feed three. The food was so flavourful. We look forward to visiting again and bringing friends! Mama Fatima is a fantastic high-end HALAL Turkish restaurant that exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance is elegant and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect spot for a special night out. Our waiter Hakan was not only courteous and attentive but also brought a great sense of humor to our experience. We ordered the family mixed grill, baklava, cheesecake, and Mama's red juice. Each dish was exceptionally flavorful and served sizzling hot. The mixed grill was a highlight, bursting with deliciousness. The desserts were the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is amazing , the decorations and the ambiance is breathtaking taking . Waiters are super sweet and smiley and respectful, very clean washrooms and very clean foods. Top quality However I believe they could be enhance their service a bit by hiring more waiters, food came very fast and the waiter was very nice but I had to ask twice for table to be cleaned after the food so we could order some dessert and coffee. They did it for us however it took a bit of a Long time because of short staff I believe. But it’s a new experience that I really loved Felt like I was in turkey really ❤️ very hospitable And smiley staff .
