Malado Restaurant

This place is a go to spot for sushi around the finch and Weston area the stuff is super nice and the food is excellent I highly recommend this place if your looking for a good place for sushi

I come around 7pm to pickup doordash order and he said wait 5 min and after 10 min he said just cancel it if u do not wait what is hek here shame on ur service first learn how to talk with customer then open resaurant

Came at a quiet time, service was good and food was delicious! The SoonTofu soup has mussels and shrimp in it which is very nice 👍

A really good find that we stumbled across. Really cute little wooden benches inside, and the server was extremely nice. Very reasonable prices for great seafood, and excellent japchae. They were willing to do additions and substitutions, and delivered my request to make my food extremely spicy. However, the fried chicken was a little bit stale and bland. The side dishes were all really delicious and the portions were generous.

I haven't been to Molado's for a hot min bit took the fam today and cannot express how much I've missed their food. The food is always tasty and flavourful and presentation is always on point. The atmosphere is always great as it's a small mom and pop joints in the hood. Great things always comes out of the hood...people always wanna to judge but that's where it's at if you want great food!

Ok so I used to love this place . I would order in a lot more than I’d visit . But I feel after their prices went up even the food is kinda inconsistent. It’s seems like it’s family run . The service is decent but the quality I feel has gone down in the past year or so . Really used to like the place I hope it gets back to its OG flavor and quality .

Not 5 stars because the cost is so high now. You have to pay premium for a simple bibimbap in a stone pot. I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi and it was good. The spice level was what I expected and thankfully the salad was there with the banchan to even out the heat. Expect to pay $20 or more when ordering per person if you're getting Korean food. The sushi Bento, even on a daily special day, is gonna be over $20 as well. Service was decent for a single server and we didn't wait long for 5 meals. Single person men's washroom was clean and well kept. Nothing fancy. Parking is abundant, but not in front of the restaurant.

It was a small place but food is surprisingly great. Place was clean, service was decent, prices are reasonable. Lots to choose from the menu, they offer Thai, Korean, Japanese. Soup base were all flavourful, bento boxes have good portions, appetizers are good too. Would definitely come back and try other dishes.. They also have "day special" depending on the day of the week which was neat.
