Always consistently excellent pizzas that taste fantastic! #1 best pizza in Toronto! Tropic Thunder is my favourite!

So glad the servers highly recommended a slice of Franks Best OG because my first bite gave me a pizza-gasm!!! I loved the sweet and savoury combo of the flavours. So damn delicious! I’ll be back for this real soon. Franks Best OG: Goat cheese, grass-fed mozzarella, caramelized onions, rosemary, sea salt, organic honey, sesame crust (applied with honey)

Ordered on Uber Eats - Crazy long wait time. Also ordered the margarita and added extra toppings for the BOGO and all extra toppings were missing. The pizza it self was super sloppy and way too much sauce. Crust wasn’t too crispy and the over load of sauce just took away any type of cheese taste and there was hardly any cheese at all. Only saving grace was the garlic bread, which was good. Also the sauces and wings were also good. This was my second attempt at giving maker pies a chance after the first experience was the exact same. I would choose more spots over Maker

my boyfriend (a pizza chef in his own right) took me here claiming it was the best pizza he'd ever had, and wow they did not disappoint! as you can see, they definitely don't go lightly on the toppings, the crust is perfectly flaky and not too charred (as is common with many stone-baked joints), and the red sauce is to die for. dip wise, we did the creamy garlic and dill ranch, and i can't recommend them enough. on top of this, we waited outside the shop on a bench up the street for the pizza due to limited space in the shop and the lovely lady working *hand-delivered* it to us without us having to tell her where we were or even lift a finger - i only wish i had gotten her name to give her the praise she deserves; THAT is customer service! my only complaints are that a) as mentioned, there is very limited seating inside and b) the pizza is quite greasy (kind of a given though)... but neither of these should deter you by any means, because as an out of towner, ill be dreaming about this pizza til the next time i find myself in toronto. edit: came back again, still hits the second time around

I have been to this Makers Pizza location on Cameron more than once. I normally buy the Dr. Pepperoni which is always delicious. I love the Pepperoni. On one of my let me try another pizza day I decided on the Tropic Thunder. I added pepperoni as my meat option but it does not include it in its regular toppings. The pizza here always look good and this one was quite nice. I much prefer the Dr. Pepperoni but, it was worth the try. I would recommend this location simply because the girls in the front are nice. As far as the atmosphere I find there can be people just sitting in the middle of the business which can make the place feel crowded but, other than that its great pizza here!

Good pizza. Would I say it's the Top 5 in Toronto, maybe not ! Get the Thursday slice, it's VFM at 3.75. Mind you, it only from 11AM - 4PM. The marinara is pretty middle. It's neither tart, nor is it that fresh-sweet. That breaks it for me. The crust is good. Medium firm hold, good char on the under carriage, decent chew. The cheese is mediocre. It's either overcooked or it's bad quality that breaks down its fat & makes the pizza overly oily. Tried the Franks best & Sweet pesto. Franks best was overly sweet from the caramelized onions & the Sweet pesto was overly salty. Also, they don't provide Chilli oil, even when offered to pay.

Long but informative review incoming. Maker is one of the best pizza shops in the city. Great quality ingredients, lots of unique flavours to choose from. I personally love them. I’ve been here for a lunch slice over 5 times and yesterday was the first time I was allowed to sit inside. Previously it had seating and tables but it was reserved for the delivery men or whoever was packaging boxes. Which didn’t really make sense considering there was 1 person and a large area for myself to sit, but wasn’t allowed too. Fast forward to this week, I had my slice and chilli oil. Both were great. Yes prices are a little much and the size of the slice has completely changed towards a smaller portion. But I still enjoy the quick bite. If maker could offer more options for slices, and stick to larger portions, I think you’d have more customers returning and perhaps line ups like most shops in NYC. Hate seeing a big brand change their portions and quality control once they’ve proven to be successful. Photo below shows size difference from last year and this year.

One of the best places to eat pizza in Toronto We tried the Siena margarita and the so mushroom one too they were so delicious we loved every bite. The big size is enough for 3 people we also tried the dips they were so tasty and added another flavor to the pizza. The service was good so kind and friendly we waited for 20 to get our orders ready so it didn't take too much time. The atmosphere was okay very nice music playing in the background with accessible paper towels. Highly recommended for the pizza lovers in Toronto
