Mahdia Shawarma

Found a 9 inch hair in my shawarma and it wrapped around my tonsil and made me throw up. The chicken tasted very weird too almost like chemicals. The inside was dirty and the employee looked real miserable. A health inspector needs to seriously visit this place soon.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with others. The food is old and stale. I can't disrespect my stomach with things that are obviously not fresh. Hummus was sitting for a while. Rice was soggy. Chicken had no taste.

The shawarma is FANTASTIC. I always stop here when I'm in town. But, you are visiting for the food. It's not a nice eat in place. More of a take out. There are seats if you'd like to stay and eat but the atmosphere is not good, service is bare minimum.

The food was the absolute worst! This is not shawarma, I’m not sure what this is. The potatoes were not even cooked properly. They were still raw inside. The bathrooms were also very dirty. Overall, this place was a HUGE disappointment.

Absolutely disgusting 🤮! This place needs to be written up. I walked in looking for a “halal” place to eat. We called them to make sure they were “halal”. I walk in & the Menu had few items on the board. I was looking for a halal certificate. The only thing I found was a printed sign that was typed out with “halal”. I look behind the counter and the shawarma spit/rotisserie. It looks old and there was literally nothing left on the two spits. She was offering me one of the two. “I was like it’s it time to take those spits off and add new meat? There is barely anything left on it.” She just laughed. 😳 on the other side of the counter was a frying machine with already cooked potatoes cubes. Mind you, the fryer was turned off and they probably been sitting there for hours. I wanted to walk out, but I decided to order a chicken shawarma cause I wanted to see the process of how she made it. She opened a metal tin and she saw there was not enough meat on in it. She cut some meat from the chicken spit threw it in the metal tin. Mixed it with the old meat and filled the pita. She had old toppings that had white film on the tomatoes and pickled items. 🤮 she grilled in on stove gave it to me. I paid them $10 and threw it in the trash. 🗑️ side note washroom and store was very dirty and looks like the wrong end of Gotham City.

This shawama place has the worst service we ever experienced. No greeting at all and speaks to Punjabi customers only. Very rude when speaking to others especially when taking orders. Emotes seems to be overwhelmed and frustrated when dealing with regular customers Gold luck What a great service 👏

The staff here is very friendly. Their restaurant is pretty clean too. The falafel shawarma wrap that I had here was the best I have ever had in my entire life. Would definitely be visiting them more often for lunch breaks and would also highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious shawarma meal.

We came to Orangeville for our drivers test, and tried this Shawarma place, it's definitely worth the try, we tried the Chicken Shawarma and the Chicken with rice box, the portions are big and they have variety of sauce options with different spice levels. It also has few tables incase if you want to sit and grab a quick bite. The place is clean and customer service is good. Definitely a thumbs up. Please like my review if you find it helpful.
