Employees are rude and incompetent. They're open for nearly an hour and don't even have the food made. Seriously? Do they apologize for being incompetent and wasting everyone's time? Of course not. So of course they don't do anything else right. Go somewhere else. They have no brains or respect for you.

Had a great time here! Loved the chicken fried rice (the Friday special dish). The wait time was shorter than expected (my order was ready in 13 minutes, shorter than the expected 15-20 minutes). The staff was super friendly (one girl sold me a Fanta even though my order was just the fried rice *and* I underpaid for the Fanta by $0.20). Lastly, I like the East Asian-inspired atmosphere. Will come again!

Very Hit or miss. M2Go can be very good when you order off of their fresh menu. However, the buffet almost always bad. When the food is fresh it's great! Atmosphere and service are acceptable.

Ordered general tao chicken. It’s dry and hard. Shanghai noodle is not seasoned properly. Sturdy and dry. Quite place which I liked.

Had a great time at M2GO! It's a laid-back spot, ideal for a casual meal with friends or just to chill. The food is incredible, always fresh and packed with flavor. The staff are super welcoming and quick to help. It's become my favorite spot for a relaxed bite in the city!

I'm impressed by how sustainable packaging is promoted. My food arrived with a tote bag, and the food has a great portion for me, but it isn’t very good. I ordered chicken meat ball, but the chicken portion was just a little while the whole meat ball was huge :(

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. M2go has a lot of order options such as Combos (personally first choice because it’s fast and good portion) / Bain mein / Noodle soup. For combos I always order fried rice with 2 entrees like Black pepper steak and General Tao chicken. Menu design is clear and straightforward. The customer service is good here, they always great with customers. M2go is always my first choice when I’m crave for Chinese food!!

I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences in my visits here. The restaurant is always impeccably clean, and the staff always courteous and welcoming. The food is always handmade to order in front of your eyes. You pay a small premium for the luxury, but the freshness and quality of definitely worth it. You can dine in, or take out- and even if you do, the food is always dine in quality. I would definitely recommend this place over Thai Express- you definitely get more quality for your money here. There's a reasonably large selection of dishes that are customizable to your liking, both in terms of protein and carbs. They also rotate the offerings every few months to keep things interesting. Right now (for September 2018) they also have free spring roll and tea promotions as well. Overall an excellent place to go for a hot and hearty meal- probably one of the best places on campus for one.
