Terrible service and communication! I placed an order on December 10 for delivery on December 24, expecting everything to go smoothly for the holidays. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Despite numerous calls, WhatsApp messages, and repeated attempts to get in touch, there was absolutely no response from the business. It felt like we were being ignored at every turn. In the end, we had no choice but to physically go to their store in North York to get a refund of $330. No apology whatsoever!! This level of service is completely unacceptable—especially for such a significant order. Save yourself the stress and frustration. If they can’t manage basic communication or honor commitments, how can they run a business? Would never recommend them.

Complete time wasters!!! Booked an order 10 days before Christmas Eve, you’ll think this will make delivery and planning seamless but what do we get ? The same mama wellness delay. This is really terrible and very unacceptable. Mama wellness please do better!!! You already serve premium tasty Meals don’t ruin it with this terrible customer service and delayed delivery!!!!!

Their customer service is very very terrible and frustrating. They don’t keep to time and you have to wait extra extra hours before your food arrives. If you are hosting a party, your guests will have to wait for hours before the food gets delivered even though you ordered days before. They don’t keep to time at all. Use them at your own peril. Accepted, their food tastes good but it shouldn’t be at the detriment of a good and quality customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Prospective buyers beware.. everyone giving anything more than one star is talking about going to her restaurant to buy food for one . If you have a party RUN … don’t try it! Accepted the food quality is always the same great taste but one thing I can promise is that if you have a party and you order from her you will be disappointed 💯! I’ve been her customer since 2018 from North York and referred her to nothing Less than 30 people , the quality is same but customer care and delivery is a huge zero!!! If you don’t want a messed up party a word. Is enough for the wise..

Love the meatpies and the puff-puffs which I’ve been craving for years. The portions of the meals are very generous! Mama Wellness (also known as Rita) has us in a chokehold in Ontario. Most parties in the GTA are catered by her. We have ordered so much from her we can tell if your party rice is from her just by the smell and taste 😂 Customer service can definitely be better 👀 There’s an ATM inside if you need to withdraw cash but you can e-transfer. You can walk-in but I strongly suggest placing an order ahead of time.

The Jollof rice and peppered chicken or fish or turkey 😋😋😋….Nigeria food at its best. They sell in bulk and you can decide not to cook and just buy as your weekly plug. Very affordable.
