I’m not sure why this restaurant is always fully booked and so difficult to secure a reservation. The service lacks warmth, as the staff appear unsmiling and unwelcoming. The selection of sauces and dishes is quite limited, which is disappointing. Additionally, it’s worth noting that they do not serve beer here. I surely will not come back.

Menu and taste is pretty legit. A la carte menu. Price was below $50pp before tip. Cash is 10% discount. Service was great. Tomatoe base had BIG flavour! Spicy base was spicy and lots and lots of ingredients. The duck blood jello was soooo soft and silkie The yellow eel was delicious. The squid paste was really yummy. The hand-cut beef was good and well tenderized. Don’t suggest getting the fatty beef that’s just frozen bought from the supermarket. The fried egg was really well made, had great texture, crispiness, and bite. The thin-cut liver was delicious and fresh. The duck blizzard was also really good. The thin sliced clam was also really yummy and suitable for hot-pot. Everything was really good. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Just a spam they said you can do a reservation but actually you cannot find a button at all! All tables are empty but they just don’t let you sit Also, they are doing a stupid business game by thirsting diners and not letting them dine in. I don’t know why so many people. Maybe too many people are too mindless to have their own judgements but only following the herd. Also, they showed how good they are at lying. They said you could make a reservation over the phone but they would not accept reservations until open. At the time they opened, they said we were fully booked. How ridiculous it is?! It sounds like ghosts immediately occupied every single table immediately when opened.

Good variety of foods. Very authentic Chongqing style hotpot. The drinks are quite beyond expectation as well. Definitely recommend if you are a fan of spicy hotpot.

Broth was delicious and fragrant , we had the tomato soup base and spicy soup (generous amounts of chili). Enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend this place for a place to eat and hang out with family and friends. I recommend the fried egg, shrimp stuffed squid, egg fried rice, and their 8 second potato noodle!! All were absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back to this place!
