I was there yesterday with friends and I just had a great experience at this restaurant. The server was amazing. Very attentive to details and kind. My friend has her dog with us and did whatever she could to accommodate us and even brought some snakcs for the dog. I definitely recommend and I'm definitely coming back when I have a chance. They have a nice variety of food and serve big portions. They actually have a big patio and it would be great to have some lights and heaters outside. I really think it would attract a lot more people. Really hope this business survives this difficult moment we are all going through.

We went to Jack this morning for the buffet. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet possibly due to the cold weather. The buffet was all set up and ready. There were salads, cheeses, bakery goods as well as hot foods to choose from. The food was all tasty and fresh. We both loved the butter chicken. The waitresses were attentive and friendly.

This is one of my favourite restaurants to go to. The food is always amazing and tasty. The service is great and the owner always comes out and says hi. Wish more people knew how great the food and prices are here. On Sundays there is a brunch that is fantastic. Usually has ribs, to die for pasta, eggs benny and more. You have to try this place.

A friend and I had Sunday brunch at Jacx today... We have been here before but this will likely be our last time. We arrived around 12:30 and the sign said the buffet ran until 2:00. First, they ran out of cutlery. While they had someone quickly grabbing clean (hopefully) silverware from the dishwasher, they ran out of plates. At one point there were 7 or 8 or us milling about waiting to head to the buffet. The food was tasty but the chaffing dishes were mislabeled and were frequently empty. I pulled a 3 inch long piece of string out of my slice of stuffed pork roast... good thing I didn't choke on it. I noticed a piece of walnut on the dessert tray... I'm allergic to walnuts... but none of the desserts were labeled. When we finished eating we waited for at least 15 minutes before going up to the bar to ask for our bill... others had their bill brought the table. When I checked my bill I noticed that they had charged me $16.99 per person rather than the $13.99 which was clearly displayed on a menu right beside me. When I mentioned the mistake I was rudely informed by the woman who seemed to be in charge that the price on Mother's Day and Father's Day was higher. I stated that the higher price was not on the outside sign or posted anywhere inside. Her reply as she walked away was "Well that's the way it is"! I just looked at the young woman at the till and told her at least she had done a good job... I hope she got to keep the tip I gave her, it wasn't her fault... Sadly, disappointed...

Great food, great atmosphere and great staff. Food never disappointing. Live music Friday and Saturday nights. One of my favourite go-to's for dinner. Gotta try the Sunday buffet soon. Always great. Food us delicious, servers are lovely. A meal is supposed to be a leisurely experience so if you get mad tgat they're busy and take a little time to get food to you, you might be better served at a drive through. Have some patience, enjoy the company you're with, the food and the fact you don't have to cook or clean up. Great restaurant. Try the brunch.
