Los Compas Tacos

As advertised! Open late with a simple menu that will hit the spot, whether that is after a concert or if you are traveling through downtown. The service was quick and the food came out fresh and hot. Spoke with the owner when he came by our table and he seemed very friendly and made sure the operation in there was working to perfection. It's a no frills joint that offers tacos throughout the days - I am a fan and ordered a couple more steak ones after finishing my first 3. Pictures won't do it justice but it's a good meal.

Came here for the al Pastor tacos but was blown away by the Asada. Loved the tenderness of the meat and the sauces that went along with it. The Al Pastor was amazing as well, but I'd come back to try the Asada. We also got a quesadilla, which tasted quite similar to the taco, except with cheese (also given the open quesadilla), so we were just a bit confused about the flavour profile here. Overall, a simple spot with minimal seating and old school vibes, paired with great tasting food.

These are hands down the best tacos in the city! I ordered the Pollo and the Nopales! Every bite is packed with flavor, and the ingredients are super fresh. The meat is perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the variety of salsas adds a unique, homemade touch to every taco. Can’t wait to come back!

Stopped in for a quick snack and tried the taco al pastor. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. The grilled pineapple was delicious and the meat had a great flavour and texture, it felt like it had been prepared fresh to order. I was surprised to see that it was a single corn ltortilla, but it was on the thicker side and held up wonderfully to the ingredients inside. Despite the thickness, the tortilla was soft and yeilding. Really delicious. It was a very plentiful single taco, I would have been ok with less filling, but at least it was good value. I'll definitely be back soon to try more of their menu items.

Bright, clean, and great service! I ordered in the afternoon on a weekday almost as soon as I sat down the tacos were in my hands! I had the chicken and beef tacos. There is a station to add sauces to your tacos which was helpful to liven them up a bit :) The tacos were good, but the sauce leaked all over my lap, so watch out! haha Check it out!

What a treat to be walking on my lunch and see excited people (from Dished Toronto) tell me about free tacos! Los Compas Tacos on Spadina was giving away 1 free taco per person at lunch time. I got the chicken and also bought a pulled pork and tamarind juice. Pulled pork was my favorite and had lots of flavour. Chicken had a nice grill to it too but pork was better. Juice was actually really refreshing without being too sweet

It's a perfect spot for authentic Mexican food. Food was delicious and its 10/10. I went with my team for much all of them loved the food. There Tacos are must try and burritos were tasty too. They are known for delicious handmade tortillas and flavorful tacos, their menu includes a variety of options such as Al Pastor, Carne Asada, and Cactus tacos. You all will love the Gringas Al Pastor, Volcan Al Pastor, and their fresh guacamole. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly service also contribute to the overall enjoyable dining experience. A must try place .

Came here on a Friday evening around 7:30pm and it wasn't too busy. I ordered one of each of the meat tacos and all were delicious. I liked how everything tasted like it was homemade and the guac was really good. I also ordered a steak torta as recommended by the cashier. It did not disappoint, would get again. This place also serves Mexican Coca Cola. Highly recommend and would come back
