Lonzo's Kitchen

This is the second Lonzos I’ve been too. The first time I tried and the one I’ve been going too is the Scarborough location. Two or so nights ago I ordered from this location on Uber eats and the food was very different it lacked flavour on the chicken and it was stiff and hard and tastes as if it was a day or two old sitting in the fridge They also put a lottt of rice, both locations do but I feel as tho it h the Scarborough location does a better ratio of equal rice to chicken, vs this location it felt like I only got a little of old chicken and a bunch of rice. This location also looks super outdated compared to the Scarborough one so it makes me question if this is the original location why is the quality poorer. Overall the employee working is polite and friendly; as all lonzos employees are so I love that. I love Lonzos just slightly disappointed in this location.

Reviews are totally off here. They don’t have shawarma chicken. It’s a bunch of chicken they grill. The size is so small. It was edible but not a shawarma. And the spot is a hole in the hole but in a bad way. No idea how they are still in business. On top of it all it was overpriced. Never again.

Lonzo’s kitchen is great Mediterranean restaurant . Thai place is amazing !!!!Food is delicious. Chefs are very polite and respectful. Mr Haroon and Mr waseem are great chefs with always smile on their face while serving the food . Overall this place is amazing

I don't know what some of the negative reviews are all about. I went to the store in person, instead of using an app, and ordered a large chicken salad. Classic chicken, not bbq. The container (7.5 " x 5.25" x 1.75") was packed and solid like a brick, with some good weight to it. Generous portion of chunky, solid meat, compared to some other places. The staff were very friendly. One of the guys came across like he could be the owner/manager - like he appreciated me coming to his store. I was treated well. The store was clean, and while I waited for my order, someone was cleaning the tables even though they already appeared to be clean. It's small inside, typical of a small location. Maybe it gets crowded at lunch, but I don't know so I can't comment. They must do a lot of takeout and app orders. I didn't eat there myself - I brought my meal home, and I enjoyed the taste and portions. Very satisfying chicken salad. Would definitely order again, or maybe try the beef next time.

I visited this restaurant expecting a great experience due to its high ratings and pictures , but I was thoroughly disappointed. The food was subpar and amount of meat was less, and the overall atmosphere was lacking.

Food was amazing, ordered the smoked bbq beef on fries and on the rice, got the sweet chili chicken on the rice. Beef was tender and delicious, generous portions of beef, fries, salad, rice and sauces. Chicken was sweet and flavourful. Service was excellent, Ankit was very helpful, and included items on the house. Prices were reasonable. Would recommend, definitely returning.

Amazing place, really tasty food and even better service. The food tasted so good I came back two nights in a row. Had the pleasure of meeting Ankit, really well customer oriented and let me know the different options available. Definitely try their sweet chill & BBQ sauces. Must try spot.
