Quality went down a ton. Used to be a huge fan from when they first opened but have not been enjoying since. Not sure if there's a new management or what. Lokma looks nothing like the picture. Drenched in the sauce , put in a squished box. Not visually appealing, and so hard to eat because all you're tasting is a bunch of sauce. Picture says it's drizzled and then you get the complete opposite.

Had tried many lokma flavours and can say the coconut & White chocolate are my favourites. Good food and good service. Our server SANDHYA was really welcoming and sweet. Definitely worth the visit !

Great new spot in Scarborough called Lokma ! They got delicious ice cream, milkshakes and my fav dessert the tiny Lokma bites with various exceptional toppings and specialty coffees. It’s my second time here and I absolutely recommend it

If you don't like the taste of banana, Don't visit there. The sauce of chicken is having the taste of banana and they refused to accept. Nevertheless, the food was awesome although not pocket friendly. I like the taste. I miss the sandwiches, they were used to make in winter, yet I like new menue too.

I was excited to try this place. But I was disappointed of their service and quality of food. They first served us with uncooked fries and refused to give us fresh one. Staff does not know the difference with between uncooked and cook food. Didn’t hear any apology instead the other staff give us a “look” (like she doesn’t give care about the issue and wanted to us to simply accept what was given). Furthermore, the staff seemed confused of what I’m trying to say. When they finally agreed to redo our food. It looks like they just microwaved the food and still served us uncooked food. It’s not worth the social media hype. If it was possible to give them 0 star rating I would. I to preface, that I’m an easy going individual, and I often do not write reviews. However, I needed to express my concerns about this place.

Fresh and tasty - loaded with toppings. Surprisingly pistachio Creme was my favourite. Number 2. Istanbul and 3. Cappuccino & Kit Kat!! Some puffs were more oily than others - if there would be consistency and less oil would make it a 10/10 for me but I still love the dessert options. Might return to try more flavours!!!
