Very disappointed. Food is mall quality at best. Service poor. Delivery made missing items which is not a huge deal but not receiving a simple apology when I had to pickup my items was even more disappointing.

+2 Stars because it appeared clean, they had paper menu and QR code, staff were friendly -3 Star because its not good value. We paid $15 dollars for Stir fried rice noodle with beef. Took 20 mins when the restaurant was empty and portion size was 1/3 of what you get at other places like House of Gourmet and King's Noodle with lower overall quality. (noodles sticking together and dry) Not sure how it go so high reviews. Its really nothing remarkable. I've had comparable options at greasy spoon Scarborough/Markham food courts for $5-7.

I recently had the opportunity to dine here, a restaurant that uses AI-powered robots to cook their dishes, and I must say that the experience left me less than impressed. This quick-service restaurant touts the use of these robots as a way to reduce wait times, but my experience was anything but speedy. Despite being the only customer in the store, I waited a whopping 53 minutes for our three fairly basic stir-fry dishes to be cooked. We were expecting the use of AI-powered robots to speed up the process and improve efficiency, but it seemed like nothing more than a gimmick. To make matters worse, the food we received was overly salty and just not worth the wait or the money. My coworkers and I were all disappointed with the quality of the meal and thought that it was simply bad. If you're looking for a quality meal, I would suggest skipping this restaurant altogether and instead heading to Chinatown. Not only will you find authentic cuisine and a much more enjoyable dining experience, but you'll also save yourself the frustration of waiting for an AI-powered robot to cook your food. I also have to mention that the atmosphere of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was completely silent other than the incessant loud beeping of the robots. This noise was very distracting and took away from any ambiance that the restaurant could have had. Overall, while the idea of using AI-powered robots to cook dishes might seem like a novel concept, this restaurant failed to deliver on both speed and quality. I wrote this review using AI

I reviewed this restaurant today and based on critic with lots of positive review, I ordered food for delivery. Food arrived on time as promised but the quality of those foods were very poor. Two of my order doesn't even looks like the one they posted their menu online. This is a disaster and frustrating wasting your money and time that doesn't even worth a dime. Please check the price as well. The price on their website doesn't match when ordering from Uber Eats (more expensive). I am being honest and don't want someone to go through same experience that I encountered today :-(

What a comforting restaurant and A very kind owner. Everything we tried was great! Finally a place with good, spicy, tangy red curry. We had no plans of dessert but the owner made us try the Taro and rice balls in coconut milk and it was the perfect end to the meal! Definitely going to be one of my regulars!

Great food! Just passed by the restaurant while looking for a place to eat and stopped by because I saw how neat the kitchen looked from the window. Ordered a bunch of stuff because of the cheap prices and filling portion size (sesame balls, sticky rice with chicken in lotus leaf, cantonese chow mien, pork siumai, fried meat bean curd rolls, and SHRIMP CHIPS- this is a must try!) The chow mien was seasoned properly with all the components balancing the flavour of the noodles. I’m obsessed with the shrimp chips! Overall the service was great! Michelle and Johnny even welcomed me to see the kitchen properly and were very nice and attentive. They’re a lovely couple! Will definitely visit again

Love their food! The price of their food can’t be beat in this area. They served fast and I never met a server that is as passionate as theirs! Had an exceptional experience with this restaurant. Great job Lofi Wok.
