The experience is precisely as many users have shared. Their service is exceptional and i wonder how they manage to be consistent! The know their customers and immediately recognized that i was the 1st timer when i asked them about ‘assorted sub’. A cashier stepped out to the customer side and explained the complete menu to me !! Wow who does that in this era ! You feel the warmth of your hometown (while the cuisines may differ), seems to be family run. Its a no-fuss food, simple & easy to digest. Priced at what your meal should cost you. A small take-out place. Yes, now I get it, why most of the people walked in as if to their own kitchen!!

Awesome little spot with fantastic, affordable food! The man working was so nice and friendly. He explained all our options, went through the menu with us and introduced us to his dad. Family owned business, they make everything themselves. No pre-packaged or pre-cooked garbage here. Fresh and delicious! If you're in town for Taylor Swift and looking for an affordable and yummy place, go here! We had salads and they were so good!

One of the best breakfast bagels I’ve ever had! Toasted Western (egg patty with ham and onion) add cheese & bacon on an everything bagel. Efficient staff and cute, cozy neighbourhood vibes.

I pass by this location daily and decided to give it a try. Fantastic place with tasty sandwiches at prices better than anywhere else downtown. Staff are cool and friendly. I'll definitely be coming here more often.

I went on a Tuesday morning, there wasn’t a long line, and they seem to be very efficient with their service. The staff are also very friendly and I appreciate that they informed me of their daily special. I ordered a Super Deluxe Bacon, Egg, Cheese & Tomato on an Everything Bagel and I asked for extra mayo. Overall, it was a very delicious sandwich. The bagel was tasty and wasn’t too dense. The bacon was pretty thick too. All for $6 which is a pretty decent price for the quality and portion. Overall, I would go back and order the same thing. Unfortunately breakfast ends at 10:30am.

I don’t what is it, but there is something quite magical about this little spot. The staff are the best, the food is really fresh and great for a cheap and fast lunch. I’m always excited when I get some time to come pick up some food here

Hidden gem in Fi Di or Ent. Di. 5 stars for the bang for your buck you get at this place. Loved their sub sandwich with pulled chicken and bacon/ chicken parm sandwich/ souvlaki chicken on rice/ fish cutlets! Quality and the level of doneness of meat is generally amazing! The touch of butter and mayo on either side of my sub insides added to the flavour.. they also have freshly baked muffins!! Overall, a highly recommended take out place . Esp. In these times when you get nothing for 15 bucks!

So glad I check this place out. One of the most friendly lunch interactions I’ve ever had downtown. This place is what the downtown core is seriously lacking.. Friendly mom and pop service, Fresh ingredients prepared everyday, specials made fresh everyday (today was spaghetti and meatballs or chicken parm) and their prices are completely reasonable. I got a bacon eggs and cheese sandwich on a bagel with a small coffee for $7. And the coffee is surprisingly good! Will be back soon.
