Lionheart British Pub & Restaurant

We stopped in for nachos and a drink. Bartender took almost 10-15 mins to even acknowledge us. Nachos came out small portion toppings only in the middle, over cooked dries out chicken, told our Bartender who really didn't seem to care even though we didn't eat them and complained we were charged $30!!! Like what? Most expensive, plain dried out nachos we have ever had. So disappointed 😞 Updating review.... Pub was dead, been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and since I USED to work in the industry I am aware of what's acceptable and what's not. If I neglected a customer I would have atleast apologized. I would have never been allowed to serve an overcooked/undercooked or sloppy dish. And if a customer complained, I would have apologized, offered to have remade or removed from the bill. Since i used to be in the industry we knew to ask if the kitchen was open and were told yes no issue. Placed order immediately without even looking at a menu. Sad since this was my go to pub where I brought my family and friends. Unfortunate management no longer values loyal customers. Absolutely shocked at management response.

Its a good place to eat. The only problem i have is the waitress said something rudely. Otherwise, its a good place to chill. They have someone singing too at night.

Great British Pub Experience Lionheart British Pub is a gem! The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of classic British dishes. Their selection of beers and spirits is impressive, catering to all tastes. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual night out. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend! 🍻🇬🇧

Came in the evening for dinner and when we entered it was pretty busy inside but they were able to get us a booth spot and our orders were taken not long after considering the amount of people that were there. They had live music on the other side of the restaurant playing for the whole time we were there. They have some special British meals along with the traditional food you'd find in a pub. Will come back again to try some other foods that I didn't get a chance to try on my first time.

Have been visiting this pub for years. Have always loved the British food they serve. Went for the Karaoke night and just loved the ambiance and service was great too even though it was jam packed. Good portions of the food and they were delicious. I love the fact that they have different events on each night. Plenty of parking in the front! Situated in a strip mall

First time trying and we will definitely be back!!! Great British pub in Mississauga. Came on Father’s Day so it was relatively busy. The servers appeared busy running around but still managed to provide great customer service. All the food we ordered was delicious - like everyone’s plates were licked clean!! Great portions - like the roast beef dinner came with lots of roast beef. Pro tip: ask for extra gravy! But the star of the day was the sticky toffee pudding (order a side of ice cream with it) - but wow, so delicious without being overly sweet! Would definitely recommend this pub!

I’ve been a resident in the area for about 17 years now, and boy, was I missing out. I recently visited this place with my wife and daughter to try their weekend brunch special promo. I am really glad we did. Do try their pub favorite, the Eggs Benedict, 2 eggs that perfectly poached, accompanied with ham and English muffin. Of course, what is eggs benedict without hollandaise sauce? It just hits the spot. The home fries that came with it were just “icing on the cake”. As for me, I ordered the Mexican Black Bean & Egg. This piping hot dish comes in a skillet that boasts of blackened chicken topped with scrambled eggs, black beans, three kinds of cheese, peppers, corn, onions, tomatoes, avocado, salsa and sour cream. You can either eat it as is, or you can go hard by mixing it all up. Regardless of how you do it, this dish is highly recommended for a very hearty meal. We will be back and will try their dinner menu. The place is very clean, and the ambiance is 10/10. The service is excellent and the staff is super cordial. What more can you ask for. More power to you guys and see you around. 😊

I recently visited this charming British pub that served up a classic dish of fish and chips. I opted for the haddock with chips and tartar sauce, and I must say, the food was absolutely delectable. The batter on the haddock was crispy and the fish itself was tender and flavorful. My only complaint was that the Haddock fillet was on the smaller side, leaving me wanting more. The service at this pub was top-notch, with Deepak and Jocelyn acting as my hosts for the evening. They were polite, attentive, and made sure that I had everything I needed throughout my meal. The food came out quickly and was piping hot, which is always a plus in my book. The ambiance of the pub was pleasant, though nothing particularly special. It had a cozy, traditional feel to it that added to the overall dining experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this British pub and will definitely be returning in the future. The delicious food, fast service, and friendly staff all contributed to a wonderful dining experience. If you're in the mood for some tasty fish and chips, this place is definitely worth a visit. Update on July 30, 2024 This was my second visit to this establishment. Dawn was my host. She delivered top notch service. This time I ordered the cod with chips and tartar sauce. I received huge portions. The food was excellent in taste. I am so pleased with the quality of food and an excellent service by Dawn. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family members.
