Forgot to catch her name but whoever was working this afternoon (Sun Dec 15) is a Rockstar. Even before it got super busy she was on it - and then, when it filled up, was totally in control while maintaining excellent service. As a long time industry vet - this girl killed it!

We got a chance to check out our neighbourhood bar @limacharliepub & honestly this place was nothing like we expected! First things first, this place gives a very chill vibes. As soon as you step in you are greeted with 2 massive gold arcade games adjacent to the fully stacked bar & tons of seating! The music is super casual & because it is a sports bar you literally get a view of a screen no matter where you are seated & that’s why there is no such thing a best seat in the house. Okay, moving on to the drinks and food. Safe to say, I repeat, safe to say this is hands down the tastiest food I’ve eaten in a pub! Take my word for it because that #poutine was #bombdotcom like given a chance I’d eat it every single day (prolly not the best for my gut but my palate will surely be wrapped)😂 && the Tex Mex Salad Bowl was so freaking delicious &&& my absolute favourite was Charlie’s Burger!!! Like that one burger is literally two meals in itself but if you have the appetite — kindly smash it down! Moreover, the cocktails slapped & the beer was just what you needed — crisp & fresh! Like you can’t go wrong with a pale ale! Last but not the least, I’d love to thank Meaghan & her amazing team for their hospitality. I kid you not, but the customer service is bloody exceptional at this place & you cannot tell me otherwise! Period. . . . Rating; 1. Ambiance - 8.5/10 2. Drinks - 9.40/10 3. Food - 9.99/10 4. Right down my alley! It was tough to find a restaurant with normal pub food. The homemade spring rolls were the bomb! The sauce with it was amazing as well. Our server Lauren was amazing as well! So glad we chose this restaurant for our trip to Toronto.

Lima Charlie's has been the best part of of my life recently. As a college student, I've had a study space, and have had a great opportunity to make friends. The staff are friendly, attentive and unforgettable. Anyone, from students to businesses need to come to the best local joint in Old TO.

was a decent place! went on a thursday night, bar was full but some open tables. looked like there was just 1 bartender and 1 server so service was a tad slow and only came for our order, to drop the food, and the bill. but it was busy and they looked like the only server so! i’m not mad about it just the circumstance. pizza was a bit smaller than expected but decent, it should come with a dipping sauce tho for sure. pretty chill inside.

I live in Buffalo, NY, I recently had the joy of spending the weekend in Toronto meeting up with family from Omaha & Chicago. We stopped into Lima Charlie's for dinner on a Saturday evening & I'm so glad we did! This place is fantastic! Jimmy was our bartender,waiter, server & busboy! The guy was amazing! He had his hands full with the six of us & he was brilliant. Food was excellent & the vibe at this place was so relaxed, fun and welcoming. Me & My wife will definitely be making the drive back to Toronto just to go eat here in the future. I highly recommend this place if your trying to show people not only how great Toronto is, but just how great Canada is!

Being from Maryland, I have a pretty good knowledge of fresh fish. On this episode of "Great Race" I happened upon this place. Walked inside and was kindly greeted pleasantly by the Hostess/ Bartender, she took our order. Then I asked her what she would have recommended. She replied the Fish & Chips, which is what I had already chosen. Let me say on my way out the door, we greeted customers entering for first time, I took it upon myself to let them know that I knew along with the Hostess that the best choice is that "Fish & Chip" platter. What is that guy in the rear doing? The Cook KNOWS how to put it Down!

Nice quiet spot with 80's crowd-pleasers constantly playing in the background. We ended up here by chance and we are lucky we did! I had the California Chicken Sandwich and a salad. The salad dressing was tangy and abundant. The sandwich is a great option if you're trying to order something on the healthier side. My partner had the Beer Battered Fish and Chips. The fish was fresh and flavourful. We were fortunate to have Danny as our server. He was warm, helpful and made our experience a pleasant one.
