Not only did I see at least 6 roaches, the owner is also incredibly rude and racist.

Maybe it was just me, but the Eel is really good here. Ive been a few times and the owner is super nice. They had a crazy server for a short time that was over the top nuts. Obviously fired now. too bad, because the server ruined the reviews for this nice spot.

Very rude staff lady. She’s aggressive and even racist (you know who I’m talking about). Owners must take charge about this because it’s a very unpleasant experience. Racism and rudeness are NEVER justified.

Came here for the eel but was shocked how they can serve something so disgusting. It was flavourless and dry. The waitress was super rude when I asked for a replacement and she uttered some racist remarks under her breath. I did not Lika it one bit.

Drinks were reasonably priced, had some great food, and they had an eel. They didn't have eel. They had AN eel. One eel. It was in a tank and they probably would frown on trying to eat it. But I gotta say, out of all the bars I've been to in this city, this one had an eel.
